Ray peat says that all this enzyme talk is an overblown hype shit and our bodies are well capable in manufacturing those digestive enzymes by it's own.

General Discussion / Emptying the Bowels
« on: March 05, 2012, 08:19:49 am »
Whenever I wanted to empty my bowels I used to take 1000mg magneisum oxide before sleep and when I woke up
I usually had all my solid bowel content out of me and felt empty as heaven.. Now it just doesnt work anymore. why is that??

I am not interested in stripin everything in my intestinse with some bowel cleanser nor use enema and blow diarhea every 5 minutes..

All I want is the same effect I had with magnesium oxide. why it doesnt work anymore?

I am not by any means depended on this supplement for bowel movements I have solid bowel movements each and everyday its just that the body tends to always store atleast 1meal inside of its colon..

And I like fasting when its totally empty..

I heard chelated magnesium worth a try, what do you think?

General Discussion / Kefir fermentation extra strength
« on: March 01, 2012, 09:35:43 am »
Since kefir grains work by consuming the Sugars in milk and turning them into amino acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes would adding sugar just as in water kefir add to the final kefir bacterial strength?? I'm not yet sure but this week I just threw some sugar into my kefir and today it turned out to be a sagacious decision because the Grains actually grew way larger in no time!! And the taste is so Sour if you won't be careful it can destroy your teeth emal!!!  As I drank it on an empty stomach it stimulated a bowel movement on the spot! Huge large poopie got right outa me like 15cm in length and 5cm in diameter (please bitch no homosexual) the stool was shiny and almost green smelled earthy too.. I googled and people have no idea the fuck would one add sugar but as it turns out the theory practice matches experience result this time and I'm fucking happy with that now why wouldn't I add white evil sugar to my next kefir fermentation?

Primal Diet / Re: Aajonus' real name and PhD?
« on: February 26, 2012, 10:14:47 am »
Aajonus had to do what he had to do to publish his books and make it available for as much public as possible. Not everybody would buy a book on raw meat eating from a guy named "dick" without a Phd. But Aajonus Vonderplanitz a man with Phd I would certainly pay for his work.

im going for the look of marin berkhan or tyler durden from fight club, i just want to maintain my muscle and reduce bodyfat to 7-8% range.
im probably about 12-13% right now

If you are into Leangains approach than you probably should know that his system is all based on calories vs calories out and very heavy lifts.. he is a hedonistic person and eats whole fatty and calorie dense satisfying foods and is not eliminating shit from his diet.. now looking at your post "what foods to eliminate" "looking for tyler durden look" "just maintain my muscle" I guess you don't want lift heavy.. if you even read a little bit on martin berkhan blog you should know by now that he despites people like yourself. LOL.

Anyway the information you are looking for is in his blog.. everything you really need and even that article about "tyler durden look".. its a complete fagatory but i guess we all have our own dreams.

To get ripped you need to reduce fat while keeping carbs and proteins same, so that your body is forced to use the stored fat.

And what if you keep eating high fat low carb just get the calories slightly under maintenance and create calorie deficit each week??

General Discussion / Re: Need a bunch of testimonials on high fruit/low fat
« on: February 24, 2012, 08:30:46 pm »
For me overconsumption of fruits leads to teeth sensitivity, and this constant feeling like I'm full of adrenalin..
Sometimes eating some fruit can help stimulating a bowel movement. Too much also makes me constipated if not balanced with higher fat meal later on that day.

There are some fruits that you can eat only little of it and feel satisfied like avocado?
And there also are fruits that no matter how much I eat of it I'm not satisfied I want more more pigout on 12 persimmons feel good for 5 minutes then feel like shit immdiately...

From what I know DurianRider doesn't eat his fruits whole he blends them and lives on shakes no??

Primal Diet / Re: Longterm Primal dieters?
« on: February 23, 2012, 08:13:12 am »
Also exercise with it's increased blood flow effect to our joints clean them from all kinds of organic waste that make the joints stiff at the first place.. of course years of keto diet will allow the body to do it by itself but exercise will do it faster! I find it quiet amazing how keto diets really allow the body to take all the blood from musculature systems and invest it into the elimination organs that really detox us from inside all kinds of enzyme activity that starts immediately releasing toxins from the fat tissue sending it to the skin pathways causing acne which is a good thing because if it would all go through one place like you describe the intestines this would get stressed fast there are many ways to push shit out.

Raw al I must say that I completely agree with everything you just said about detoxification. But We must not forget that there are toxins that get past our intestines! Toxins and other metabolic waste that gets deep to our tissue from years of overeating crap accompanied by one of the most oldest and anabolic hormones insulin.. Insulin effect is so strong it will bind literally anything you can think of to our "divine" human tissue.. That's why people that clean their intestines and go keto might experience further detox when their bodies "Pull" the metabolic waste products from their tissues (it's when nausea starts in me usually) and then dumps it all into the intestines. there are even more chapters to this detox can occur in micro cellular level but for this I have not stumbled upon hard data to back it up.

I am not talking about swing shifts this kind of work will never let your hormones to adjust and you will be in constant stress...

I am talking about only night shift working.
There must be a way to make it work!

I don't want to get sick and fucked the first week.

Exercise / Bodybuilding / Re: Eating Protein Without Fat
« on: February 21, 2012, 06:02:38 am »
I actually do pretty well just eating some lean meat, but I agree that fat is very important.
It's not just that fat is very important it's that we can't get all our caloric requirements with only lean cuts of meats. I can go with lean meats only for so long until my body craves high calorie feed.  When it gets to that point I can eat 5k calories worth meat and fat and after that I eat hellottt of wallnuts and a pound of honey.. Lean cuts only are also associated with "rabbit starvation?.  Not eating enough calories to sustain thyroid function is too very bad.

Yes!! Raypeat.com

Sugars and SCFA.
The more you eat of those the more you need to eat nutritious food because those stimulate metabolism to use nutrients and if they are not provided you will find your self in a catabolic state.

When I personally eat just lean protein my body is never calm.. I need some fat or carb with it. I prefer fat.

Here you go as I suggested you in your previous thread practice intermittent fasting food combining ditch all plant foods eat raw protein for a change it digests effortlessly and requires less HCL production.. even Aajonus who can't produce HCL in his Stomach digests Raw Well.. Sleep as much as you can and hit that dude hit-it-raw on high intensity exercise routine this stuff is some serious shit those routines he promote are so brutal but very short so no overtraining.. Anyway they are so brutal it forces your body to function at it's peak!!! In every sense of the word.. Even your digestion will be at it's peak performance only to pick up all nutrients it can to rebuild metabolic damage.

Why?Why again? What are IF and FC?

Welcome to Fibra73, BTW.
Increased fat consumption increase satiety thereof decrease the tendency to overeat there are alot of studies pointing out that paleo diet works miracles for fat Loss because it increases satiety and we eat less calorie.. But when you throw all kinds of "interesting" veggies you increase the tendency to overeat..  Not to mention their alkalizing effect on Our gastrointestinal tract and the fiber content which causes fermentation. Many RAFers reported very noticeable improvement in their digestion after ditching all fruits veggies. One even claimed to stop supplementing with HCL because his digestion improved miracles.
