it says he could travel up to 40 miles a day on foot and throw a baseball in the air and shoot it 4 times before it hit the ground. I wonder how much of this is true.

General Discussion / Old New York Gangsters knew about raw meat
« on: March 05, 2013, 12:11:34 am »
I just finished reading gangs of new york which has a slang dictionaryat the end of it. One of the terms is black ointment which means raw meat. This means that it was common knowledge in america (even the the lowest class of uneducated criminals knew) that raw meat had healing powers up through at least the nineteenth century.

here is a web page i found on the topic as well. It says they said it was "soothing to dogs and men"

General Discussion / strange creatures
« on: February 19, 2013, 05:22:39 am »
these guys live in tempuratures above boiling with no problem. If i ate one of these guys after they were boiled would they still be considered raw and act as though raw in my body since they are still completely alive in such tempuratures? THis would mean theres many different foods out there that can be heated to a certain extent and remain raw.

its in the middle of the article.

raw looks beautiful and vibrant to me while the cooked looks like the environment of some golem like creature or perhaps death itself

General Discussion / Organs replace most of my plant foods now
« on: December 25, 2012, 05:02:26 am »
Now that a found a great source for organs i dont crave fruits at all anymore. I used to eat lots of fruit and now i sometimes go days without eating any plants. I think they satisfy my carb needs much better than plants. I really feel better than ever now that I eat over a pound of organs a day on most days. Most of my meat is now organ meat and I feel like they should be the key part of everyones diet.

The only plants i really eat now a days are celery juice and fermented stuff like kimchi or jalapeno sauerkraut or hot sauce.

Now im basically half meat and half dairy with eggs and honey too. and very little plants and it feels so perfect.

this is the first time inmy life iv eaten lots of organs consistently and its really made things fall into place.

But I never hear anyone talking about avocados being bad but they make me sick EVERY time with quite uncomfortable nausea. I had another one today and now im sure im done with them.

General Discussion / healing power of crappy fats
« on: November 26, 2012, 11:46:59 am »
i have been told a story today of a person that drinks lots of pasteurized conventional dairy. apparently very high abnormal amounts. apparently they had a root canal and due to this massive dairy consumption the root canal was filled with calcium. if bullshit dairy can have such effects than raw dairy must be a whole nother level.
