Whites are the neanderthals. Some semites have a bit of it too due to having some white dna. Asians have some of it particularly northeast asians.

We have many of the neanderthal features. Some more than others.

The russian boxer nikolai valuev looks like a full blown neanderthal. He eats 6.5 pounds of meat a day, barely cooked, doesnt eat much else. Hes very smart as well, known as a man of words.

I believe humanity is far older than we are told. I believe that we are a mix of monkeys and pigs

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2515969/Humans-evolved-female-chimpanzee-mated-pig-Extraordinary-claim-American-geneticist.html

this geneticist says its because pigs and monkeys had sex I dont think that that would produce offspring, he says they can but i dont believe it. I think this indicated genetic modification in the deep past  through crossing of pigs apes, and maybe something else as well.

Another interesting point on that topic is the question of rhesus monkey blood, how come some have it and some don't? Could this indicate that there was a period in time in which humans were incubated en mass inside of rhesus monkeys? Could the rhesus monkey incubated people have been bred as a sort of slave worker class? If this theory is scientifically unsound I would definitely be interested as I ahve not been able to delve deeply enough into this aspect to decide.

Could this be why elite breeding programs such as those of the nazis, mormons, elite freemasonry, the onieda christian sect, ashkenazi jews and others focus so heavily on rh negative blood as though there is something better about it? Could this be linked to elite luciferian occult beliefs that that fall of the fallen angels was caused by interbreeding with regular humans and now they are trying to reverse the fall by breeding out the rhesus monkey people from their own bloodlines?

Yes, after some time. Your skin has a natural moisturizing factor (NMF), composed of water soluble compounds like hyaluronic acid. These are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb and retain moisture. The surface lipids (natural oils) keep this moisture locked in the skin. Long exposure to water removes the surface lipids, allowing the moisture to leak out of your skin, causing dryness. So although initially it can moisturize, when the lipids are gone, water can actually dry skin even more. To lock in moisture after a bath, moisturize immediately after patting skin dry.

It says that initially it moisturizes but then causes dryness. Perhaps thats why it causes immediate satisfaction but you become thirsty again shortly after unlike when getting water in a nutrient bound utilizable state through raw foods?

The question is, if it causes the skin to be dry, why do people think that it doesnt cause the inside of the body to become dry as well?

Primal Diet / Re: Are you sure that dairy isn't paleo?

Not workable in the long term? Tell that to the Eskimos, Masai, Nenets, Neurs, and countless others. Lowest carb always had the lowest levels of cavities in weston prices research as well by the way.

Il be coming out with a presentation soon full of tons of original research. Youll see that Iv discovered plenty of stuff Aajonus hasnt on my own.

Funny how you hate Aajonus, hes healed more people on this diet than anyone else, mostly terminally ill patients. Who else has thousands of testimonials from the people they cured, and hundreds more letter testimonials he didnt even get to open before he died.

I know a guy who had lou gherigs disease disease, it kills 98% of people within 3-5 years everyone else is totally paralyzed. Hes completely health now, even had a kid. Show me any other diet thats ever cured lou gherigs disease, and I mean CURED not trudging on for another 15 years in a wheel chair unable to talk. He says he fully owes his healing to aajonus, erhaps il post his full story in the testimonial section if he says its ok.

I know you feel intense hatred for him for some reason but nobody else had a track record even close to his. Neuroscientist Dr. Elnora Van Winkle confirmed that he had a 96% cancer cure rate, who else can show those numbers? And she was instincto not primal!

Most importantly I would have no problem sticking to strict "paleo" dogma, however as long as people are promoting things such as chemical supplements, cooked teas, and magic electronic gizmos I find it completely unfair that i get attacked because I think dairy and vegetable juice are healthy, things which are far closer to raw paleo than supplements tea or gizmos. Furthermore I provide citations for my claims probably more than anyone else here. So i really dont see the problem.

Getting worked up is only a problem when rudeness, name calling, and threats come into play. What I say is far closer to paleo than many things people say here with impunity and I find it inappropriate that I am being singled due to hatred for the person who saved my life.

Just wait a week or so, youll see plenty of research Iv done myself, not from aajonus that backs up much of what im saying, maybe you can save your personal insults for the thread about that once it happens rather than turning this forum into a boxing ring.

Hot Topics / Re: Alcohol may be palaeo after all

of course alcohol is paleo. It is the fruit equivalent of high meat (albeit with somewhat opposite effect)

small to moderate amounts of raw alcohol are good for breaking up hardened resinous toxins in the body. Best eaten with lots of raw fat when doing it though. A similar effect can be achieved with pineapple although alcohol is stronger but more damaging when not eaten with raw fat. Lemon also has a similar effect on breaking up hardened resins.

They are really good for breaking down cooked plant oils stored in the body. THis can be seen when you place a a cannabis pipe full of resin in a cup of everclear. The tough resin breaks right off after leaving a totally clean pipe.

eve isnt agressive at all. You are.

Her tone is of gentle suggestion. Sabertooth also disagrees with me sometimes but he is never aggressive.

The other aggressive person is iguana who also eats tons of fruit. To be fair goodsamaritan is not aggressive, i dont know how much fruit he eats but I think its a fair amount. It might because he doesnt eat as much fruit as you guys or because hes philipino and genetically able to handle more fruit whereas northern europeans like us can not. It could also be due to a personailty characteristic of a very high level of open mindedness that drives him to revel in diversity within the raw animal food diet spectrum and steering away from saying any one way is best.

Who are the most unquestionably aggressive and tweaky hyper people in the world of different diets? Raw vegans, with fruitarians being absolutely batshit insane. Compare that to the low carb people, always very calm and collected. Looking at youtube videos will confirm this very easily.

82
I am 100% sure that fruit is everyones favorite food. If I didnt control myself my diet would probably be about 50% fruit or more.

I put little value towards what feels good at the moment in terms of whats healthy. I put my value in what feels healthy long term and although no matter how much fruit I eat it still tastes great but the more i eat the more symptoms I get such as digestive issues, lack of craving for animal foods, aching joints, and most notably irritability.

If we all followed our instincts and lived near poppy fields we would just eat those all day because it feels great but our bodies and survival capabilities will suffer greatly.

I notice on here its the big fruit eaters are that are most passive aggressive. Sometimes overtly aggressive.

Sometimes to the point of being like my hateful shadow, literally following every post I make to say Im wrong while tweaking out on sugar.

THis behaviour is very common in vegetarians and vegans as well. Raw vegans more than anybody.

Low carbers are usually the most relaxed, whether raw or not.

coffee also has the added detriment of being highly addictive, wrecking your adrenals, and turning people into complete assholes when it wears off. I couldnt pick which is worse

You think the royal family cares about public and corporate pressure? Look at some of the veto history.

The rockefellers and rothschilds are peasants compared to the royal family.

If you seriously think that the royal family is scared of the pressure from some corporation I feel bad for you. If they get any problems from anyone they'll just buy their entire company! Nobody messes with the crown.

grains and coffee are poison. So is cooked food. Taking high meat while consuming a sizeable protion of that daily is a recipe for a neverending detox. Your better off not eating high meat while eating that crap. Your body may be better off for it in the long run with high meat but youll be in a constant state of detox which is now ay to live.

No reason to feel bad about telling someone this.

we ust stop fearing nature. Parasites are our friends.

Dr. Joel Weinstock of the university of iowa cured critically ill chrons patients by innoculating their guts with trichinosis worms. 6 months later when the cure wore off they came back begging for more.

No wonder you are detoxing so hard with all that coffee and grain in your gut.

If you continue eating coffee and grains while regularly eating highmeat i predict a never ending detox since you keep dumping toxins into your stomach right where the high meat goes.

Ditch the garbage food. Grains and coffee are both highly toxic and full of acrylamides, some of the worst carcingoens around.

Lack of enzymes is not the only thing that can make a food indigestible.

What you are saying doesnt make sense, at the very least syntax-wise, perhaps you need to reword it to be more understandable. You say everything that you listed is absorbable yet you say bone meal makes you constipated and magnesium gives you diareah. DO you consider things absorbable if you get constipation or diarreah from them?

it is an undisputed fact that enzymes are an important part of digestion.

Heres just a few bills the queen vetoed

Agriculture (miscellaneous provisions) bill 1962

Pollution prevention and control bill (1999)

Animal Welfare Act 2006

and you think raw milk is out of her jurisdiction?

What a joke. The royal family is complete scum that provide a lot of pr for this kind of thing constantly while working behind the scenes to destroy our food rights.

The queen still has complete veto power over uk canada and scotland. She could instantly strike down all laws agains raw dairy and ban gmos completely legally but chooses not to.

Shes been caught smuggling raw milk to her grandsons at eton yet she wont let us have any.

yes constipation from cheese is quite is quite common. This is not due to calcium but to fact that it is a dried food. The enzymes are absent and it has a very low moisture content.

The lack of enzymes is why honey is needed to digest it since it provides the necessary enzymes.

For those who experience problems with constipation and cheese it is recommended to eat lots of raw fat such as butter when consuming cheese.

I hate pedophiles so yes.

I dont hate the instincto diet but disapprove of it as I am against anything above minimal fruit consumption.

I hate standard poison diet and veganism/vegetarianism. Instincto I only dislike.

I am thankful for all the help.
Raw cheese could be a good addition. Actually, I already bought her raw milk Bergkäse (Mountain Cheese). But I then read that quality of Bergkäse is not good as it is heated above 37 degree Celsius.
Could you please name any/some, that could be bought in Germany (or may be bought online from France)? (I never ate cheese and thus have no knowledge about them).

Natto will be a challenge. I myself never ate it and I think it tastes strong (may be a problem for her to eat). Nevertheless, I will try.

Fish is also a problem. She eats only Fish finger. I have to make fish fingers from mackerel myself.

Doctor has already asked to get her the dental braces. Is it ok?

raw cheese is indigestible on its own and is only good for detox, acting as a sponge, it is very good in that regard however.. You wont absorb any of the minerals in it unless you mix it in the mouth with unheated honey before swallowing.

Make sure the cheese is unsalted as Ihave noticed cheese especially does not have nearly the same effect when salt is involved. If you cant find unsalted raw cheese then leave some milk out until it seperates completely. Then run it through a cheese cloth and  take whats in the cheese cloth and spread it on a plate. Leave that out until it dries to cheese level and its ready to eat, very easy.

Braces are butchery. THey ruined my teeth. Its a giant money scam.

krozat is far superior in every way but its really hard to find someone who does it since the orthodontists will crucify you for doing it.

I know a dentist who does it but he does it quietly since hes afraid of the orthodontists. Hes in nyc and i can refer you if you want.
