I had half a kilo of raw wild boar today
That's more or less the same amount of wild boar that I ate couple of minutes ago.  :)

I consider the egg yolks only as a supplement. I eat them from time to time.
I don't imagine eating them instead of the meat.

Will we be celebrities? Ha ha ha.
It's inevitable.  8)

What I said is that egg whites do contain enzyme inhibiotrs, which are partially anihilated by cooking, which unfortunately kills all of the enzymes on the other hand. So it's like out of the frying pan and into the fire.
To get rid of the enzyme inhibitors in nuts you can soak them.
What do you suggest to do with the whites?
I throw them away into the toilet and don't worry about anything. :)

Keep them for me, please!
No problem :)
P.S. Even the dogs on my private land don't want to eat those whites when I give them. They crave yolks

I don't understand people ditching the whites (other than the myths)
Those are the facts, not myths.
Besides - whites are not tasty for me. Yolks - are.

When I was a child I ate Kogel mogel. Unfortunately it consisted of sugar.

Type II diabetes is quite easily cured on appropriate LC diet; raw version is obviously even better.
The disease is considered rather incurable by mainstream medicine.

There's a lot of rubbish urban myths about pigs. The 2 obvious ones are that they are dirty and that they are stupid. Actually, pigs are one of the most intelligent of animals
That's true.
That's a good book about this - http://tvivf.files.wordpress.com/2010/01/wholehog.jpg?w=203&h=300

Butter does have a small amount of carbs, so you couldn't get a 100% fat diet using butter.
Below 1 g of carbs in 100 g of butter. Too much?  :o

Yes and I love it.
However I prefer to eat butter with honey, I do that more often.
Several years ago I also combined butter with honey or with some dried sweet fruits.
But there is one caveat - http://heartscanblog.blogspot.com/2010/03/butter-and-insulin.html

Noted, but still the point being that honey doesn't have a huge effect on bllod sugar.
AFAIK - only true RAW honey

its mostly composed of fructose
Not true.
It depends on the kind of honey.
On average the ratio between glucose and fructose is 50/50.
Moreover, the honeydew honey and heather honey have got 1/3 of some complex carbs, so it's about: 1/3 glucose, 1/3 fructose and 1/3 disaccharides, trisaccharides (e.g. melezitose), tetrasaccharides, etc.

I have also heard about many farmers confirming that animals have benefitted from homeopathy.
So the placebo effect is very unlikely in that case.

I havn't heard of "lift like a man, look like a Goddess" but it sounds awesome :D

Quote
If you believe what most women's magazines tell you, muscles can be "shaped," "toned," and "sculpted" with nothing more than a little dumbbell that weighs less than a can of peas. But muscles aren't modeling clay, and the only way to transform them is to strengthen them. The New Rules of Lifting for Women is for the woman who's ready to throw down the "Barbie" weights and start a strength and conditioning program that will give her the body of her dreams.

The book puts to rest the shop-worn notion that women who train with heavy weights will bulk up. Nonsense! Women simply don't have enough testosterone to pack on muscle like a bodybuilder. Here's the truth: lifting weights not only makes you stronger, it also makes you leaner. In fact, most women would have to run twice as long to receive the same fat-burning benefits as weight lifters.

A better workout in less time may sound too good to be true, but champion trainer Alwyn Cosgrove creates six months' worth of workouts that will build strength, burn fat, and rev up the metabolism. His total body workouts target all the major muscle groups, and each exercise is accompanied by clear black- and-white photographs that illustrate proper technique and form.

The active you are, likley the hungrier you will get.
But the more sedentary you are the more carb cravings you've got.
That's a good post of roony - http://www.rawpaleoforum.com/general-discussion/why-raw-paleo%27s-and-zero-carbers-dont-move-their-defined-asses/msg28374/#msg28374

Eat as long as you're hungry, but try to avoid more than 2 meals a day to let you digestive system rest for about 15 hours daily.
Someone can eat even one meal a day, but when he/she combines a lot of different kinds of foods, animals products and plants, then the digestion would be very long, ergo the rest shorter.

Do you recommend anything to improve the taste, maybe some sauces or perhaps honey itself?
Fat combined with raw honey or some salt, pepper, etc.
Over 2 years ago that was my solution for eating the raw suet.  :)

Fat is very satisfying and very high in calories so I imagined that people on this forum who do high fat diets their calories intake would be insane either.
My insane amounts of fats have been even 0,5 kg a day (over 1 lb). I combined them with quite a lot of raw honey and have been extremely lean in that time :)

It really depends on the day.
2000-4000 kcal.

hmm. yes I am too high then. Today's count came in at 130 carbs and 1300 calories. So good calorie wise but not so good carb wise.. Should I swap some of the fruit for low carb options?
1300 calories is quite small amount.
But you are not satisfied with your weight loss results?
So you should try with smaller amounts - 50-70 g
Do you do some anaerobic exercises?
"Lift like a man look like a goddess" - do you know that? :)

If saturated fats are more stable molecules, why would they form more heat-created toxins than polyunsaturated fats? ???
Not more, but still quite a lot.
They are chemically very stable, but animal fats consist of both SFA and MUFA, 50/50 on average.

I was understanding that the best thing to do is go high fat and low carb..
Low-carb doesn't mean no carbs.
50-70 g while losing weight is a good amount.

are you going to eat raw horsemeat again after your tapeworm experience?
I've eaten about 150 lbs of horse meat for 2 years now and I've never had any issue with it.
So I think that the chance to get a tapeworm is very small.
