Off Topic / Why Jesse Ventura is not allowed on live TV
« on: December 07, 2012, 07:50:47 am »
THIS IS WHY JESSE VENTURA IS NOT ALLOWED ON LIVE TV! "Every War Starts With A False Flag Operation"

Why Jesse Ventura is not allowed on live TV.
He thinks somewhat like me or a lot of us, with TV and popular appeal.
He says stuff the owners of the MSM are uncomfortable with.  See the host try to control the situation here.

Maybe there is hope for a better future if people like Jesse Ventura and Ron Paul and Judge Napolitano and a whole new generation of awake politicians can be replicated in large numbers so they can all conspire and replace the current elite with something much better than we have today.

Dreaming is free.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Raw Cacao Nibs?
« on: November 21, 2012, 11:16:09 pm »
My wife is lately into raw cacao nibs.
The pack says it is a Mayan super food ... food for the gods.

The children, my wife and my sister in laws say the effect on them is it makes them hyper, awake, and active... so they don't eat any at night.  But it's good to eat raw cacao nibs before a work out.

Please share your experience, feedback with raw cacao nibs... or is it just raw cacao?

General Discussion / Issues with Food Temperature
« on: November 16, 2012, 04:34:21 pm »
After more than 4 years of raw paleo diet... I've observed my issue with food temperature.

It appears what that chinese healer on the radio said about DO NOT EAT COLD FOOD.

It shocks the body.

And I notice that yes, my body has to spend energy to heat up cold food before it can be digested.

I got accustomed to eating straight from the refrigerator food, but failed to observe that in the past.

So for those wanting to GAIN WEIGHT and have digestive issues... maybe it is refrigerator cold or freezer cold that is the culprit.

So now I'm looking for creative ways to heat up to room temperature or body temperature my meats so they are easy to digest and I gain weight easily.

The refrigerator did it!

Just my 2 cents.

I'm sure you guys and gals have more inputs.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Ginseng Discussions
« on: November 08, 2012, 10:08:34 am »
Let's discuss consumption of Ginseng here.

Ginseng is such a big big deal in Korea.  Also with the Chinese.

I just recently supplemented with Ginseng and it's made me warm, warm hands, warm feet.  Ginseng does not grow in my country.

Discuss your experiences with Ginseng... hopefully as food if you can get it raw and whole.

Click the link above for a summary and review.

I just saw this film.

It's amazing, it's very very informative.

Made me appreciate how and why food is cheap in the usa and how much money i spend on food today to feed myself and my family avoiding industrial agriculture and its cheap sickening produce.

How people on sad, just as i was were continuously sick and on antibiotics and medication like those corn fed cattle.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Galangal / Langkawas Discussions
« on: November 01, 2012, 01:49:48 pm »
Let's talk about a kind of ginger / herb / root crop called Langkawas / Galangal.

Whatever experience you have with it.

I’ve been buying a kind of ginger twice in the wet market so far, it is called “langkawas” or “galangal” depending on the province you come from. I bought it because I am in a ginger discovery kick. Tasting the different kinds of ginger. With the new nannies in the home and my sister in law who also came from the province, they all said in concert that “langkawas” or “galangal” is their traditional cure for an-an / tinea flava fungal infections!

Do you have gastrointestinal problems or know someone that does? If so, you definitely need to watch this video...it could reveal the reason why you are suffering and offer important steps you can take.

We're talking about genetically engineered corn that creates it's own insecticide. The toxin (Bt-toxin) breaks holes in cell walls. It's found in our food, in our blood, and in the blood of unborn fetuses. Could it be contributing to the rise of GI tract disorders since its introduction in 1996?

Watch the video, learn the facts, decide for yourself.

Is the genetically engineered corn you're eating, "eating" you?

A supporting article from Natural News:

http://www.naturalnews.com/037405_bt_toxin_genetically_modified_food_detox.html

As someone concerned with eczema and psoriasis running in the family (leaky gut related usually), I'm looking at these BT toxins in all of our guts... possibly... and looking to awaken the guys over who do RIFE, Beam Ray, Energy Medicine, etc... where the culprit bacteria that carry and produce these BT Toxins can be researched, studied and eliminated.

Imagine if it is true that these BT toxins have run rampant out in the wild in the populations of the world.  If the rife guys come up with the program / set of frequencies to eliminate these bad, very bad BT producing "things", you could eliminate leaky gut around the world and cure a plethora of diseases associated with leaky gut.

Here is a review of GMO and the BT toxin in the middle of this clip.

Off Topic / Concern for those doing Chemical Iodine Experiments
« on: October 30, 2012, 10:12:09 am »
I have some strong concerns regarding a recent surge of Chemical Iodine experimentors in our forum.

As usual, it's in our good nature to wish you to do well and get good results.

I'm just one who has had my scare of chemical experiments, I'm even wary of herbs... so I like food as safest.

So let's stick to the topic of IODINE in this thread shall we?

Lugol's IODINE is a chemical preparation.

--------------------

From the forum of my teacher Barefoot Herbalist MH:

"Lugol's is a chemical or as Dr. John R. Christopher would say; A MIRROR of the Real Thing. The human body ONLY desires the REAL THING when there is a choice."

Thread here:

http://curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=1064384

of course this discussion got MH into making his own tree iodine

Check out this thought a friend posted on his facebook:

"I avoid organic food as much as possible, for my health."

And he says he is convinced of this because he reads.

And that the links he gave were:

http://www.livestrong.com/article/376727-organic-food-health-risks/

and

http://skeptoid.com/episodes/4019

so I asked:

"How about GMO corn? The kind that kills the bugs that eat them?"

and he answered:

"I'm all for GMO, synthetic fertilizers, and synthetic pesticides. They're actually much healthier than organics, and better for the environment too."

and he also gave:

Organic Foods Part 1/2 - Season 7 Episode 6 - Penn and Teller Bullshit

Amazing how people can be swayed by what they "read."

General Discussion / How Dangerous are Cooked Paleo Diets?
« on: October 03, 2012, 11:00:59 am »
Need your opinions here.

It's hard for me to convince people to go raw paleo.

But it is easier for people to go cooked paleo.

And the cooked paleo diet community is indeed growing.

How Dangerous are Cooked Paleo Diets?

- cooked fat, cooked protein, cooked starches.

We always say raw fat will cleanse, lubricate, nourish etc.

But can we say the same thing with cooked fat?

It comes spontaneously when our sexual drive is normalized, coupled to love, freed from the obsession and compulsion due to wheat and other Neolithic or modern cooked food.   :)

What is your personal experience, personal observation / opinion on normalized sex drive on instincto / raw paleo?

For yourself, at what age were you, how long it takes to normalize, for other people and other ages?

Mehran Keshe – The Future is Now with Unlimited, Clean and Safe Energy: How are Governments Responding? – September 24, 2012

Mehran Keshe
Nuclear Engineer
Mehran Keshe, we believe is telling it straight on what he’s discovered about the simplicity of how the universe works and how just how we can use it for our health and energy.

Keshe is not asking for credit or money for this “discovery”, for as you will hear others, such as Tesla were on to this God stuff long ago. To that end he gives away the information for free and says too much of the cat is out of the bag to stop it.

Listen and visit his site and judge for yourself. What he calls the Plasma is the area between gravity and magnetism that makes the world go round without “Chinese Rockets” burning to make things go.
We’ve all known deep within The Future has always been here, now.

if we just planted more fruit bearing trees in streets/sidewalks/parks/etc ...

if there were strawberries, cherries, lettuce, in abundance everywhere ...

we probably don't even have to work.

Conclusion

There is emerging evidence that the use of the pill by women can disrupt:
(i) the variation in mate preferences across their menstrual cycle;
(ii) their attractiveness to men; and
(iii) their ability to compete with normally cycling women for access to mates.

AIDS: Did it ever REALLY exist?
Christl Meyer

“Let theories die instead of humans”

Biologist and researcher Christl Meyer joined join us at 9am Central. Ms. Meyer has provided scientific evidence proving without doubt that the so called “HIV-virus”, which is claimed to be the cause of AIDS, does not exist, and that the definitions of “AID$” are sporadic and non specific that the alleged syndrome is a cluster of OLD familiar diseases and not a disease of it’s own.

Ms. Meyer talks about HIV testing and how it is unreliable and meaningless to boot and that pregnant women and children, in some cases, are forced to take medication. HIV is part of the human genome in Chromosome #6, we all have it. That’s the bottom line!

I'm only beginning to understand these fat and protein ratios that I may have to adjust to be successful with longer term carnivorous diet.

I'm thinking, what is the fat / protein ratio of:

- whale meat?
- seal meat?
- arctic fish?
- elk?
- reindeer?
- polar bear?
- walrus?

Where I'm driving at is that we have our diet models from say Inuits but the animals they get are far different from the animals I get in Manila.

I may get beef, tuna and imported lamb... but the fat / protein composition of my animals are far different from arctic tribes animals.

Percentages, by weight, by volume, by visual inspection of fat vs protein?
