Sometimes we get lucky and find a whole skull in the meat market.
One time I did get lucky and bought the whole brain.
Very cheap, it was raining so sales were down.
My kids were having beef bone broth and I lightly steamed the brain separately.
Everyone had some beef brain that day.

You might also suspect kidney pain at the lower back.
Some people confuse kidney pain and back problems.
I'm familiar with it myself when I eat too much protein.
I do a fast and do a kidney cleanse with avocado leaves tea.
Pain goes away in 1 day.

We keep chickens as pets sometimes (we still have 2 right now) and I can confirm they do eat grass on a regular basis.  Also some snails, some worms, cayenne, garden vegetables, oregano, etc.

What does not help are the wrong cancer treatments: Mainly surgery, chemotherapy, radiation.  No matter how positive your outlook, the conventional treatment will be the cause of death.

Mental outlook helps of course: if you are on the correct cancer cure strategy.

I have a cancer cure strategy that works http://tinyurl.com/cancercure

Hmmm... the author of Death to Diabetes is an Ex-Diabetic and his sample super breakfast is a paleo meal.

Any ex-diabetics here in the group?

« on: July 26, 2008, 08:30:51 am »
Nothing.
I can sense when I've had too much sun and get in the shade, get a hat or an umbrella.
Sunblocks are not popular in my country.

« on: July 26, 2008, 08:12:26 am »
Hi Everyone,

I am currently building a diabetes cure website to teach people how to cure their own diabetes.
The diet I of course recommend is a Raw Paleolithic Diet.

I'm asking here because the wise and experienced people are here.
Need comments and suggestions please.

See http://www.diabetescure.asia
(no design yet, just initial content as of July 26, 2008)

General Discussion / Re: Cooking as a biological trait’

I came from Wai Diet too.

Many of us are transitioning.
I've made the transition to full raw, thanks to all the guys here, and especially Geoff.
Now I can see how polluting cooking really is.  Now I refuse to cook my food, not one bit.
And my taste buds have changed.  Healthy raw liver should taste awesome!

Oh my gosh, 12 mangoes at a time?
I like yellow mangoes when they are in season.
But the most I can eat in 1 sitting is 2.

Health / Re: Heart Palpitations
« on: July 23, 2008, 09:52:04 am »
I had some problems like that with some heart pain on and off last month.

I must have contracted parasites from my experiment with our not organic pork and probably infested with parasites pork.

Dr. Hulda Clark the ever parasite theory woman that she is said that they could be heart worms.
So I took my 1 tablespoon of DeWormer by http://www.Barefootherbalistmh.com and the next morning all heart pain was gone.

Good riddance to parasites.

Ever since I began eating such high amounts of meat I've started getting heart palpitations.
It's kind of scary, but doesn't seem to affect anything else.
In fact, it seems strange that the palpitations do not occur when I'm exercising.
I think it normally happens upon standing up from sitting down. My heart beat gets noticable stronger and faster. Sometimes its accompanied by a "strange" feeling, but the vast majority its not.

I can't help but be worried that its caused by eating so much fat... saturated fat especially. While I know saturated fat isn't the great evil some people would have people believe, too much can't be good right? I eat 3 lbs of fatty meat most days, is this just too much?

Before I started this diet, I believe I had low blood pressure... when I would stand up after lying/sitting down for a long time, I would get EXTREMELY light-headed and my vision would get covered up with grey spots. That hasn't happened since I changed my diet to what it's like now though. But these palpitations have got me kinda worried. In my search of this forum, I see Craig said he's had issues with this, and that it could be related to sodium? I don't think I have a sodium deficiency....

Any advice?

Hi, please go through the cancer cure protocol I made at http://tinyurl.com/cancercure

That should get rid of your PCOS and make you fertile.

I have more fertility tips at http://www.fertilityhelp.net

Glad to see you on raw paleo.  I pretty much see to it that everything I eat from fruit, vegs, animals are organic.  Avoiding pollution for me is of supreme importance.

My take on constipation is to eat more fruit and to eat more fat.
Fruit makes you move.
Fat makes you move.

My wife eats cooked food and when she is constipated she takes 2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil (pure fat) in the morning on an empty stomach.  Wait for the fat to do its job and move the bowels.

I made a page to teach you how to cleanse the bowels so you can start on a clean slate. http://www.curemanual.com/detox-protocols/colon-cleanse

Some herbals will get you moving and train your colon to do its job properly now that you are switching to real human food.  In a few months, you shouldn't need those herbal aids.  I don't use them anymore today, but my wife who is on cooked food still uses them.

Omnivorous Raw Paleo Diet / Re: What's your favorite summer fruit?
« on: July 20, 2008, 10:56:16 am »
Yes.

The commercialized ones are usually the carabao mangoes.  Colored yellow.
Commercial meaning they are sprayed.
They are the sweetest and taste really good.

A non-commercial one is the pico mango. More yellow orange.

The indian mango is green and grows wild without any care.

The technique to slicing mangoes is to be left with a very thin bone in the middle.
You eat the fleshy parts with a spoon.
The fleshy part doesn't stick to your teeth.
It's when you get to the seed that sticks to your teeth.

Of course I don't know if your mangoes are the same as what we got here.
I believe you also get mangoes from south america.

You can visit http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu

Download an Ubuntu CD or request for a free one by mail.
Pop in the Ubuntu CD on your CDROM drive and boot your computer using the Ubuntu CDROM drive.
Ubuntu comes in a LIVE CD, you can run and test drive Ubuntu if it works on your PC in that one little CD.

You can also conveniently try Ubuntu via VMWARE.
I will assume you have windowsXP or Vista.
Download the VMWARE Player for windows at http://www.vmware.com/products/player/
Install VMWARE player.

Download an ubuntu vmware appliance (installed image) to test ubuntu under windows.
http://www.vmware.com/appliances/directory/1232
Unpack in a directory and run ubuntu via vmware under windows.

Enjoy.

For those who use Linux and from time to time need to use some windows specific programs or gadgets, I have good experiences with VMWARE.
If you are a little tech minded, you can install a 10Gig or 20gig windows install and make it into a vmware appliance.

I regularly run windows xp under my Ubuntu to use the scanner software Epson 660 because the windows driver has a descreen option.

I also do this for my employee because our accounting software subscription in quickbooks online requires windows internet explorer.

See http://www.vmware.com/products/player/

This also works for the opposite, if you have windows and want to try out different linux flavors.

Nice looking desktop, Craig.
I've been a linux user since 1998 (I'm a network administrator)
I installed Ubuntu on the computers of my employees.
Did you get Ubuntu pre-installed on your computer?
