General Discussion / Re: scorpions
« on: July 31, 2016, 02:15:31 am »
A colleague at work in Cyprus put his hand in a cupboard to draw out some cables and instead contacted a very small green scorpion.   He never knew any pain like it, and was rushed to hospital with a hugely swelled arm.   He recovered, and I saw him some time afterwards in a bar.   So you can survive this - with medical aid!

Different types of scorpions vary widely in their levels of venom.  Some are quite deadly, some not at all.

Lol mammoth must be good, we killed them all.

"Whatever does survive is at such a low level that it takes much longer for it to multiply"

That says it all.

Drink this if you want dead milk that offers you very little or no benefits.

We need bacteria. Everybody knows this. And then they sell you dead yoghurt which has bacteria added to it as a "pro biotic", and people pay lots of money for very little amounts.

We're not drinking milk for the bacteria, and you can re-culture it after you buy it.

Fruit continues to receive nutrition from the plant until full ripeness. Sugars travel freely back and forth between fruit and plant, and probably some minerals, and perhaps even phytonutrients, etc..

Reduce the fruit, eat some more wild-caught fatty fish and shellfish. Drop the chicken altogether, and make sure any beef you eat is grass-finished, not just grassfed and grain-finished. Also, it goes without saying that your food should all be raw or very lightly steamed.

High-fat, low-carb tends to improve sleep quality while reducing the need for sleep.

What does your daily diet look like?

General Discussion / Re: liver pains with high meat

Joint pains from high meat may be slight gout from the purines. I know I tend to get gout in my thumbs from beef liver and high meat.

We might have a low-millions millionaire or two. Let's be clear about the difference between a low- millions millionaire and billionaires. Those are two totally different groups. It takes a strong, strong personality to make billions. Those people are world-changers. Low-millions millionaires are often just hard workers with some good luck. They don't have a big vision for the world's future.

63
Dario, good luck with that opinion. You must think pretty poorly of us, and yourself, because there are no billionaires here, or in the movement at all. A few multi-millionaires, if you count the few celebrities that have at least tried eating this way, but no billionaires at all. And there probably never will be. Why? Because there's just not enough time and energy left after creating and managing a billionaire's fortune to learn about nutrition enough to start eating this way. I spent 5 years researching nutrition before I started eating like this. And I had only part-time jobs during that time, and few responsibilities, etc.. I mean, if the diet keeps growing like it has, a few billionaires might get swept up in it because of their wives/friends/family, but they will be some of the last people on board. Not that it matters.

The truth is coming out of hiding. Oh my friends, witness the dawning of the end of shitty food sold to people with shitty health, who laugh at those who scorn such food.

I imagine the worm is quite harmless. I wouldn't worry about it. Seafoods are extremely unlikely to have parasites that can survive in humans.

My raw fish lunch has been kicked off several jobs. I gave up and just started eating fruit at work, and waiting til evening to eat fish.

Other than that, I usually keep it to myself, until people know me fairly well. Otherwise, I just end up being known as the raw fish guy.

Like I've mentioned before, coconut causes weight LOSS, not weight gain.

this all pales in comparison to fMRI technology, which is rapidly looking more and more like the best thing since the wheel. But I agree that brain enhancement is going to be the salvation of the human race.

Sprouted coconut is a completely different food. I don't think the ones we can get at the supermarkets will sprout. I don't know of a way to get one except by going to where coconuts grow, like south Florida.

You've not ever eaten a sprouted coconut, have you, Saber? They're amazing, especially the inner "Apple" part.

Wow. Yeah, I get it, you hate other people.

To all of you who hate the world and want to see the system destroyed--I understand that you are frustrated by your failures to make meaningful, long-lasting relationships with the opposite sex. That doesn't mean all of us here have failed to do so. Please respect that some of us wouldn't mind seeing  a smooth, pleasant outcome for the human race.

Yes, healing massage has a very long tradition in East Asia, especially among the Chinese.

How do you know if you have adrenal burn out?  Think I might have this...

Exhausted all the time. Dark circles under eyes. Potbelly on a thin frame.
