Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Re: Bowel Movements

I like to keep my fat about 67-69% and protein for the rest. That seems to work perfect for me.

Thank you, klowcarb! I still don't know why my body seems to refuse ZC diets.

Any cramps? Any supplements? All beef? Organs?

;D

On Japan, the last thing I heard in the press here is that they are considering just filling the things up with sand on concrete and hope it goes away. The chernobyl method pretty much.

If they manage to prevent a big meltdown or explosion, I guess that in some weeks nobody can remember this accident. Nobody talks about the Gulf of Mexico today.

Our children will EAT all toxins we are creating now.

I always have to think about ANIMAL FATS. Think of an ox, grazing two years on huge grasslands, accumulating all the toxins in his fat tissue. Raw paleo low carbers should be the best environmentalists and I guess that most of us are living more eco-friendly than SAD eaters...

I am shocked  :o that every woman who is a slave to the stove has not latched onto the diet.

It seems that many women enjoy being a "slave to the stove"... tsss... because theire mothers were also slaves to the stove (?)

Since the tropical areas never had grazing animals, I doubt that adding them is the long term environmental solution for those regions.

Oh yes, there are grazing animals in tropical regions as well! Especially at higher altitudes...

   Duck brain.

But it's tiny. You would need 20 whole wild ducks at leat to make a meal of brain... ?

I disagree I know that wild duck has a good amount of fat, not sure of others.

Are you sure that it was really wild?

All the ducks I get from hunters have very lean flesh with just a thin layer of fat under the skin.

As soon as ducks get some grain they become super fat. But I will talk with some hunters about this topic again...

hey Löwenherz how old are you man?

Oh, I don't know, I lost my ID card while swimming from Lisbon to New York during my first Breatharian experiment. So, really nothing mysterious...

What about low carb on like only leaves as carbs (ie lettuce, etc) about 40 g at most and meat whilst liver has some carbs?

Yes, LC <= 40 g should work against candida & co.

Maybe additional killers could be useful, as Sabertooh (coconut) and PP (fermented honey) reported.

My dandruff was substantially reduced by VLC and ZC, but I still had some until I tried raw fermented honey. The fermented honey appears to have killed off most of the remainder within a few days. I knew that honey was an antifungal, but this is amazing! For some reason, only the fermented honey did it for me. It could be that the variety of honey contributed too, but it seems like the fermented version works better for me. I wrote the makers and their spokesperson said that other people have written them about similar results.

Very interesting! I never got dandruff on LC, VLC and ZC. But fermented honey sounds interesting. Are there still carbs in fermented honey?

This man bangs the drum with a truth stick. it is rumoured -at least here in Denmark- that the actual mortality rate is as much as 100%.

OH, really!?

May I offer you my sincere condolences?

I guess it's the dairy...

Real A's need lots of pure raw white flesh meat and lots of raw organic animal fat.

RawZi,

is this just pure speculation or can you give us some more information?

Wild or grass fed white meat usually doesn't contain much fat. Even a wild duck is relatively lean. So, what kind of animal fat do you recommend to"real A's"? Please don't say BUTTER..

There are many reasons, why somebody eating raw doesn't look healthy, especially when he is older.

1. tooth-fillings (a point which many raw-eating people doesn't want to hear)

5. negligence of wild herbs (maybe we need only small amounts of them, but we need them)

Hi Susan,

I really don't think that tooth fillings are good for our health, particularly if they are made of amalgam. But in german raw food circles tooth fillings are often used as an explanation for EVERY problem, especially by protein deficient raw vegans. Which types of fillings do you mean? Amalgam, gold, ceramics, cement, plastics? Could you show us some studies about non-amalgam fillings and concrete health problems? I think that ceramics are harmless, for example.

Why do you think that we need wild herbs? Which herbs do you eat and recommend? If I add herbs to my meat based diet I can't see any difference beside constipation tendencies and photo toxic effects in some cases.

Konz never convinced me in any way. BTW: Is he still living?

This blew my mind. Allan Savoy talks about how cattle is the solution not the problem.

Picked up in the comment section at; http://donmatesz.blogspot.com/2011/03/operation-hope-meat-is-medicine-for.html

A really great lecture! Thank your this video!

I will send it immediately to a friend who is lecturing about this topic in Germany.

Wow that really sucks :(. I really did hear dandruff was caused by a scalp fungus and is usually fed by carbs, sugar, stress, etc so going low carb sugar free aka fruit free paleo with only vegetables as fiber, zero carb works good for some too.

Yes, dandruff is strongly related to candida and other fungi and sugar.

Some 'experts' claim that dandruff is impossible on ZC.
My own experience confirms this.

Interesting maybe we are creators or supernatural. I always wanted to get back in touch with nature, maybe at a beach, a forest, somewhere wild. After watching discovery i've yearned to go to the wilds of the amazon forest and survive like Bear Grylls.

When I was hiking though the wild central Namib desert I also felt a kind of very strong power.

I'm sure that we can get all answers to our questions if we go back to wild nature.

Unfortunately we have no time for such nonsens. We are just too busy in building modern and reliable nuclear power plants and other very important stuff.

Interesting, why is durian mornthong bad, the raw vegans and Instinctos seem to think that it's super healthy?

Because it's an overbred sugarbomb?

They would probably eat BOTH.
My son would eat the oysters and then eat the mango.

Do your children eat a lot of sweet fruit?
Do they show any tooth decay?

Please tell us more about your breatharian experience.  do you have a website / blog post regarding your breatharian experience?

Hi GS,

I was just joking... more or less.

I really enjoy reading reports about breatharianism. And to be honest, I believe that it is possible. Animals have to eat constantly. In my view humans are no animals, we are creators but lost our original powers. So we degenerated towards animals and lost many abilities.

There is one thing that I really can't understand. I feel BEST when I eat nearly nothing. For example in one of my fasting or near breatharianism experiments I have eaten only one cucumber per day for round about two weeks. It was a wonderful sunny and warm September at the Portuguese silver coast. I never felt better in my life. I never ran faster. I never felt stronger and I never had higher mental clarity. I was living in a wonderful forrest far away from any pollution. When I visited the next town I felt weak immediately. Back in the forrest I felt this super-strength again. After round about two weeks I ate ripe figs from the trees. Hundreds of fig trees with thousands of fully ripe sweet juicy figs around my house. These trees acted like tempations during my fasting experiment. After eating the figs all my strength suddenly disappeared.

People usually laugh about this story and it's OK!

But for me, the point is that I always feel FANTASTIC if I eat only one piece of fruit (for example one tomatoe or one cucumber) per day. And I feel physically very strong (it's also measurable) as long as I am living and sleeping in 'wild' natural unspoiled places. After these two weeks my body weight was 1 kg higher. While living in cities I feel like crap if I eat so little food. I cities, in society, in polluted places etc. I always need a lot of animal food. Otherwise I become weak and lose weight quickly.

The question is: A human body should go into energy saving mode when eating only one tomatoe per day. Where does this power come from? And why? It makes absolutely no sense in our conventional thinking. And why does it work only in "wild" natural places?

Somehow we CAN receive other forms of energy. I had always the feeling the trees in a natural unspoiled forrest are a good energy source for us. Our views are usually too materialistic, IMO. Eating food seems to be an emergency mode in which our mental power is compromised.

Ok, that's enough. I will do further experiments...

Greetings from Portugal

Personally, I almost perfectly fit the description given by Dadamo for our blood type. After a few months of eating raw beef, I found out that it is indeed not good for my body.

Bad reactions to beef are not necessarily linked to your blood type. There could many other factors be involved.

Red meat, white meat, beef, pork, fowl, fish, egss all have different effects in your body. Aajonus Vonderplanitz has written about this in his books. It's very interesting to read, albeit his remarks are very briefly.

Obviously your body is demanding more white meat at the moment. I would'nt eat any grains...

Does anyone know about this, what causes it..? It wasn't always like this, was it? After I've written a certain number of lines, I can no longer see what I've typed. This makes it impractical to review properly and I lose my train of though, whatever I type after that comes out as gibberish.

I also have these problems,
after drinking too much alcohol...

I recently found out My blood type is A. I've been reading that A's are better suited to be vegatarians and O's are meant for the paleo diet. do I have to become a pussy vegetarian now?

My blood type is A, too. The vegan path was disastrous, to make a long story short.

Many animals of one species also show different blood types but they ALWAYS eat exactly the same food.

But pussy vegetarians are nice. They lower the meat prices. So, feel free to become a pussy vegetarian. Eat some grass and enjoy your new spirituality!

I wonder if he would have to get some plants, an air filter, or move to the wild for organic air  :D

Oh, that's a great business idea.

Let's sell organic pre nuclear canned air!

No choice, I had tried every other possible dietary combination other than breatharianism, so this was it or I was dead.

Same here.

With the small difference that I even tried breatharianism. It really worked well!
The minor side effect was that I steadily lost weight...

I hope this disaster reminds everyone how fragile and precious our human life is and that we should enjoy and be grateful for every moment we are alive.

Yes, you are right!

Unfortunately, insanity always wins in the long run. We will see hundreds of new nuclear power plants in the next years WITHOUT having a clue what to do with the radioactive waste. Even Chernobyl didn't help.
