Yeah... you say it....
Sunlight repair our eyes and fake light destroys them.

Fake lights are way worse than most of us want to realize. And they are everywhere...
I believe fake lights are even worse  than fake foods.
The science supports it too. And when I think about it it feels very logical to me. When you start to be more aware of it, you can ignore it anymore.. no way

There are many who change their diets to very good ones... but still... they have health issues...
if everything were about food, they should have gotten well.. but they did not.
We have seen this too many times on this forum too.
Something big is left out.

It is so crazy that people have to stay indoors under fake lights.........it is really sad

I think we need the suns light more than we can imagine to keep up our health these days
And it has to be outside the city to be real effective... grounded on the earth, watching the sky and let the light into our eyes.

Milk consumption has had the exact opposite effect on my teeth that Tyler Durden describes. I have tooth pain unless I drink milk regularly. My teeth were loose and in chronic pain until I started consuming it in a much higher volume than I had previously, at least 5 gallons a week.

I recommend dairy as a food for no other reason than it is economical and a good way to restore health in people with little money or means or squeamish about raw meat and especially organs.

When I read this, I cant not stop thinking about that it is probably the environment that plays a big role here....
why you react so differently with Tyler

What can be good for one, might be bad for another depending on the environment you are surrounded with..... it has become clear to me lately

Cool stuff :)
I think Derek looks great...! I was fortunate to meet him in person a while back in Nice..... :) :) and he just oozes peace and kindness and happiness :) :) it was so very nice to spend time with him... and Little Elefant from this forum  too.... so sweet :) :)
I will never forget those moments.....

Have not had much time to write here as I have been working like crazy but it soon has a break. I would love if you could get in some of the suns power and stuff into the show somehow too..... might be difficult tho? I am starting to write on my book next month which is also a raw paleo book but incorporates the whole spectrum of healing which I think we should not miss..... as food is not the whole story.....
It is a love gift for my family..... and friends and people around me

Derek, I wish you wisdom for the show to make the best decisions how to be able to help this world as it is suffering pretty bad!

Much love to you.......... <3 <3 <3

(today... enjoying a silent and peaceful Christmas in front of the fireplace...and starting to heal all the damage from all the late night work and fake lights...lol)

I eat raw seafood at least 2 times / day.
Oysters a lot... just picked 166 oysters at the beach where I work too :)

I have read a little radiation through seafood will work hormetic............ how cool is that :)

As I was on the cruise in the Mexican gulf and talked to neurosurgeon Jack Kruse (man was it a nice trip... unforgettable. That guy ROCKS!! He is crazy.... and special... and have a HUGE heart... so beautiful)... he told me he thinks the raw fish heads I have as a smoothie might be even better than oysters........yay :)

I have been eating raw lambs testicles lately.... quite a few... and they makes me feel awesome :) :) :)
very cool :)
I just make a smoothie and drink down. Way easier than fish head smoothies... of course I have them too once in a while :)

My boss (a star chef) gives me as many as I want for free :)...

Nude tanning and lambs balls.... oh man the hormones are boiling...lol
the only downside is, I have to run away from men

Seafood has enough selenium to bind the mercury and it want hurt you..... if you avoid the worst sources like tuna and sword fish

I wonder why I feel so awesome even if I have eaten loads of parasites for the last years. I guess because I do lots of things to keep the environment as good as possible :)
If anything changes and I get any issues I will report for sure!

I have had that too Tyler... sore teeth from chewing jerky...lol Your teeth will get used to it eventually ;)
Or you can grind it and make pemmican.... use raw coconut oil or butter for fat.

That said... I do believe it is healthier to eat your meat fresh or rotten ;)
But jerky is great emergency food, and it tastes awesome for sure! Like candy lol

I would eat organs over meat anytime. Way more nutritious. You get more for your bucks :)
I do have some grass fed meat here and there tho just because I enjoy it but for health I do the organs
My staple food is mackerel and oysters and salmon... and anything from the sea.... wins every time :)

You can do raw ice cream without cream if you cant get raw cream, with only egg yolks whipped up with raw honey + berries or chocolate or what taste you prefer.. it is nice too :)

I have done beef jerky and raw ice cream... they are nice :) but I have not had them for long as I am on a seafood trip now...lol and it is one awesome trip! But for enjoyment raw ice cream and jerky are great, like candy for sure :)
maggot meat I have not tried and probably want.... hehe..

I just had a load of high lamb hears for dinner..... man was it good....mmmm seriously delicious! A real Roquefort taste!

I do well with organic wine if I do not drink too much, and have it before 5 PM... otherwise it might disturb my sleep.... I do not drink any other alcoholic beverages at all. If I am really sinful I can do some Port wine... I love the taste even if it is sweet but a great brand is often less sweet but it is a real cheat for sure!

do you eat the ENTIRE fish(skin, insides, head, tail etc.)?
how do you eat the head?

i just got mackerel and sardines.. I dont know how to eat them.. i was thinking to just cut them in small pieces and blend them...
How do you eat the fish Inger? Give me please some recipes...

I buy them whole, filet them and make me a nice dish from the fillets, and the heads I blend with water into smoothie and drink.... with roe and fishmilk if there are any... (I freeze some of the heads in portions as they will soon get bad otherwise.. and then just take them up and thaw and make me fishhead smoothies when I need a boost - the more oysters I have the less I need the fishheads cause the smoothie is a little yucky...lol))
The fillets I cut up into pieces and mix with sliced raw onion, sea salt, ACV.. and let it stay in my fridge in a big bowl and I eat from it maybe 5 days and it is awesome :)
I now at this moment have about 100 oysters in my fridge too...lol I feel so rich :) :) :)

Lovely to hear from you. Makes me sad, though. I used to have access to lots of raw wild mackerel and raw oysters. I can still get them but they are not as good, being sourced from a 1000 miles away.

I would still eat them Tyler.... way better as nothing! I eat a bit old mackerel too often and no issues here.... I need seafood no mater what...lol

well...
I think our bodies state is everything.
Not the parasites we ingest.
Sorry.
I never ever want to believe we should be scared of eating raw seafood... meats... raw wild herbs and berries etc etc. No way... then I will rather die cause that is no life to me.
I enjoy so immensely to eat my raw wild foods. Makes me feel so alive... maybe it is the worms?  -d

It is just media who screws up our focus and we focus on the wrong stuff. IMHO.

I should be dead by now. I eat so many parasites all the time. But I am feeling just amazing. How comes that?

Maybe.... maybe we need to be more scared of fake lights... totally unnatural  -[... the non native EMF.... smart phones everywhere.. screwed circadian rhythms.... that we are separating ourselves more and more from nature.... maybe we should be more scared of those things instead?

Well, everything sorted.

Incidentally, my former raw dairy allergy seems to have disappeared. From the age of two to 13 years ago, my raw dairy allergy  exacerbated my CFS symptoms severely and pasteurised dairy ruined my health even more. Later on, raw(salted) cheese gave  me constipation. Now I do not seem affected at all by raw dairy, though pasteurised dairy(such as pasteurised cheese) sits heavy in my stomach on the very rare occasions I have tried it, which is an indication. I have subsequently read online something that I foolishly missed before, namely that chronic fatigue syndrome causes new allergies to develop as an indirect result of it. I still contend that there are many people with allergies towards raw dairy in various forms, but, quite possibly, I am not one of those with a genetic incompatibility to raw dairy. That is to say, that, for all I know, I may be still be affected by raw dairy consumption but only in the long-term. As a result,  I have restricted myself to buying the occasional litre of raw milk(guaranteed from  100% grassfed cows unlike in the UK!) and  some occasional raw French cheeses from a local upmarket supermarket of all places.

That is nice Tyler :)

I believe as we heal, we should be able to tolerate many things. Occasionally ;)

I eat raw animal foods with some little raw veggies and herbs thrown in most days 100 %
and I am super healthy! I had a few meatballs my boss (the vet) made for dinner as she offered me them to try and I did... I ate maybe 3 or 4... and they had even bread in them...lol and I was a little nervous how will this end, but I felt just fine... haha... isn't that great!
I never eat those on purpose for sure, but it feels good to be able to have them without bad reactions tho :)
I eat super clean every day and still I tolerated them just fine... ok I did not feel amazing from them like I do from my raw seafood and stuff but I got no issues either.
