Parenting / Re: What are the ideal foods to introduce after lactation
« on: September 25, 2021, 02:00:23 am »
Here is a great video by Dr. Berg, although i dont agree with things like beets or sweet potato for babies so early now do i feed those things to my child since i have trouble woth oxalate and may not have had the appropriate bacteria to pass down to them to digest them....

I had a lot of issues as a small child and on into adult hood because of food allergies.  Physically emotionally and mentally i suffered and although i am still healthier than most i know i would be extremely healthy, perhaps immortal, had i not been unknowingly bombarded with allergens and constantly battling inflammation and imbalances for so many years.

Bone broth...

Ps never eat raw potatoes, they are poison.  Cook potatoes and starches well, even twice, look up resistant startches, your goal with starches is to feed the good bacteria in your body.  Raw have so maby anti nutreints, oxalates etc..

Wow! the suggestions above suck, lol...  best food for babies to succed breastmilk are lightly cooked egg yolks, cooked broths with excellent quality meats, bones, gristle, lightly cooked meats and organ meats, cheeses, yogurts, sauerkraut.  Grains, fruits and startchy veggies are just filler as it takes a while for their bodies to prodice the enxymes to breakdown starches but they can handle fats and proteins just fine.  Weston a Price foundation has extensive resources about feeding babies and even homemadr formula if there is a problem woth breastfeeding.  I am going to be welcoming baby number 2 in a few months and my daughter is 20 months old, she bf until about 16 months but started eating the above foods at around i months, she would eat 4 egg yolks in a sitting and i have to limit her on kraut and kimchi, she has never had a sniffle, always excellent digestion, very bright and happy little one.

Will you PM Inger?  She’s interesting and qualified candidate :)

Uh yeah Tyler....when I see saberooths body from his years of stripper practice(pole dancing) all I see is an incredibly fit, healthy, and extremely masculine, fertile and attractive body and when I realize that this man took it upon himself to disapline his body in a more delicate, flexible and refined manner I am even further attracted because it is a sign of mental and emotional confidence and balance...

If you have "genetically weak" wrists and ankles it is probably a good idea not to cater to the weakness less you become more weak in those areas.  Have we not discussed epigentics?  It's part of duality that yes you are tethered to the larger environment of the planet and overarching social climate but within that you can create your own environment and practice that informs your body how to grow and evolve within this generation to inform the next by taking your body, mind and soul to the best potential in this generation....

I mentioned yoga because most of the work is breathe work...if you are doing it right you are doing what appears to be subtle flexible movements but you are engaging an extremely wide range of muscles and conscious of letting other muscle groups go, conscious of your bones and skin and breathing deeply into all parts of the body to increase circulation, this will help with heat issues.

I remember ef a lot of discussion on how eggs especially yolks contain the most nutrients, enzymes etc when eaten fresh and whole, unpunctured reasoning that the oxygen deteriorates the fatty acids and enzymes.  Yolks can be aged and preserved in salt...whites are easily dried which may help degrade their antinuteient...raw and excessive egg white consumption s  have been said to block absorbtion b vitamins so it is best to avoid raw whites and go for the yolks

Hey Tyler, please try yoga!  Think of it more as a dicipline then sport and I think it may be less intimidating.  It's just something you practice every chance you have, you start where you are and get better incrimentally as your frequency, quality and length of practice dictates.  There is no competition only the chance to improve.  It is an excellent way to get in touch with body and breath, which should help increase your circulation and stimulate your endocrine and metabolic shysters which should help with your issues.  The breathing techniques can be used any time and when the body is more disciplined you can really use the connection and control of breath to calm and heal the body.  Iodine is always something suggested for heat issues and circulation...

What is your daily diet?include everything h2o, salt, supplements, etc.  what is your level of physical activity through out the day, what is your environment?

Yes watermelon seeds are edible and nutritious.

Feel free to search and reference my old posts about amounts differ but such is the nature of potency and personal tollerance...

Have you been using salt?  You probably need more sodium, every fruit u are using is high liquid and potassium.  Try some sea salt on the melon and drink spring water.  Also try dulse for minerals and iodine to help detox.  Some lettuce and herb greens and butter for magnesium and chlorophyll for detox too. Eat sulphuric spice and bitter.

I still can only tolerate certain kinds of seeds, mainly anything in the cucurbit family...i.e. Pumpkin seeds but find it best if I eat them soaked and then dehydrated or roasted or just lightly/slowly roasted.  Hey digest less well if soaked or raw and tend to give indigestion and Gallbladde/liver symptoms.  My guess is that soaking re and de activates certain enzymes and bind and in binds certain proteins but the act of then again dehydrating makes sure any anti nutrients provoked by a seed soaking and swelling and protecting its potential of fully germinating are then also deactivated by dehydrating or roasting making the seed as pleasant and full of absorbable nutrients as possible for a compromised system.

The article is poorly written in that a nutria is not a rat or at least not a rat in the traditional sense. It is a less domestic type of wildlife that lives an amphibious lifestyle in riparian environments. It's meat would undoubtably be more delicious if not a bit more fishy than that of a terrestrial urban rat.-Roguefarmer

i think the best use of the weed is always as hemp to generate top soil and as seed crop.   in terms of how humans can more directly but less fully benefit from it I think eating the leaves and young buds as a fresh herb, as well as juiced and using oil extracts topically and internally.  If anyone is looking to invest in land for such an enterprise roguefarmer and I are out here hoping to bring medicine to the people and start building soil.  I want to plant trees and shape landscapes with water and animals because I know this is how we start building the thriving forests we require to regain our ability to live in peace, community and abundance.  it truly is the best time to invest in those who are able to generate abundance in a way that creates thriving natural environments for all beings.  If anyone is interested in investing pm roguefarmer or myself, it's truly something beautiful we could all be participating in...

What kind of chips do you crave?  If it's corn chips try eating raw liver next time.  Plenty of minerals plus iron which may be what you are craving.  You might also need to diversify your die.
