I may eat 2-4 small pieces of fruit per week.
Are tomatoes healthy? They seem to digest really easily and I can grow them where I live.
I will probably be eating mostly (fresh) beef and lamb meat. I will try to get some different parts such as marrow and kidney. I will probably get seafood 1-2 days per week. Fresh salmon or halibut or misc seafood will do.
I won't eat any leafy vegetables and may only drink hydrating juice when I don't feel hungry for meat but need something hydrating.
I'm sorrry Good Samaritan that I may not be able to get those produce items as readily as you because of my location.
Is purified water okay if it has chlorine and flouride removed?
I am happy to have found some people wiser than me on the subject because I don't trust AV's exact teachings for myself and needed some real time advice. Thanks again.
