That's a lot of liver to eat. Also, are you absolutely sure it's grassfed AND grass-FINISHED?

Well the farm I'm buying from seems legit they seem like there against the new coming of the agriculture business, also they say 100% grass fed and finished

I'm going to wait a few days and try again and come back to this post with results. Anyone may know why this happened

Can animal products be mixed for example, I have 5 pounds total of liver they are separated in 4 different vacuum seals. Is it okay to take them out and mix them together to put into a glass bowl? What I'm asking is it bad if the other cows liver mixes with a other cows liver?

I have a personal idea that would be good but don't know how it could be done but choking, yea choking it sounds bad but I've been choked out many times and its really not that bad and when the animal goes dead its unconscious you must continue to hold choke for oxygen to brain to stop then it dies it seems like a good idea,

Yea I know what you mean it just seems like its getting to the point where it's getting hard to even eat healthy, I mean imagine in the next hundred years will we even have local farms to get food it just seems like there cutting us down and there isn't shit we can do. Btw anyone who post the organic apple and antibiotics aren't legal anymore. I know I'm just using that as an example for something that was going on that we didnt know, imagine things that are going on that we DON'T know abou.

This shit drives me crazy. After doing just a little research foods can be labeled organic and be sprayed with ANTIBIOTICS!! Btw this is only apples and pears not only did i find this out. The grass fed beef I'm buying from uruguay is probably using gmo grass, how is this shit even legal. There has to be something that can be done, btw this only took me around 5 minutes of research imagine all the other foods being contaminated.

General Discussion / Hydration problems
« on: February 02, 2015, 11:40:43 am »
I never realized how much fruits hydrated. I've been experiencing with no fruit, pretty much just raw meat, raw, honey and some veggies, but I'm have a really hard time staying hydrated. I would drink water but I'm worried about the plastic leeching into the water because of the plastic bottles. I've tried eating tomatoes and other veggies high in water but I'm still having trouble.

General Discussion / Botulism
« on: January 29, 2015, 12:54:43 pm »
I eat plastic closed meat from the store, so if I'm wrong on this someone let me know. So from my research most botulism cases are coming from canned foods because botulism/ the bacteria for it grows in the soil- hence gets on the vegetables and thrives in the air closed container. But wait the bacteria for botulism grows in the soil so how is my meat that is nowhere near soil going to get the bacteria on the meat. I understand botulism favors air closed environments but how could I possibly get it if my meats nowhere near soil?

I let my meat stain in the plastic from the store, I love fresh meat and cant stand aged meat and it turns dry and taste bad ofcorse this is my opinion,

Like I said all that damage can be reversed just get on a raw paleo diet ignore your family do what you think is right, eventually they will see results and will listen, remember this... IF DAMAGE CAN BE BROUGHT UPON, THE DAMAGE CAN BE REVERSED UPON NO MATTER THE CONDITION,

71
And stay away from all sprays including perfumes and try not to breath in gas from cars, I know it's impossible but try the best you can. Lol when I ride my bike to work i sometimes hold my breath just to not breath the crap in lol

72
Well your asthma is coming from environmental factors. But I know your asthma can be cured, asthma is coming from what your breathing hence affecting your lungs i would stay away from all chemicals as much as possible, for example house cleaning products are VERY DANGEROUS and contribute to asthma. Pretty much you have breathed the crap in and it's done damage just like with eating bad foods causing health problems, breathing bad stuff on causing damage same thing. But as long as you get on a good raw paleo diet you can remove the crap and clean your system, but it will be better if you can stay away from chemicals as much as possible also

General Discussion / Wolfs... Friend or frenemy
« on: January 16, 2015, 04:24:57 pm »
I know for a fact I've been stalked by wolves. Every now and then I will go hunt in the woods for food just because raw meat is so expensive, plus i think hunting and being in nature has its own healing properties. I really want to hear people's opionions on this cause i think they will hunt humans. I think there also scarred, but one wolve may be scared another may not, just like humans so humans won't eat spiders and some will i think this may be the same with wolfs. But what I think is really going on is humans that are in the woods, for example lets say one person goes into the woods and gets jacked and eatin by wolfs, we now havè no statistic for that person. But I also tjink wolves won't attack humans that are in packs i think this mau be some reasons why there's confusin

General Discussion / Re: Headache from fruit
« on: December 20, 2014, 12:36:20 pm »
Excess fiber leads to headaches, as it harms the gut. If gut is harmed it directs magnesium from the body to the gut for healing purposes, leading into deficiency elsewhere in the body, like the head. Low magnesium causes headaches. Plus harmed gut absorption rate of nutrients and minerals, especially magnesium, is significantly reduced.

Sugar itself isn't the cause, but it can lead to headaches as sugar needs magnesium to be metabolized by the cells. If there's too little magnesium, obviously it can lead to sugar not being used by the cells, thus it remains in the blood, which leads to insulin spikes, which can as well cause headaches and other bad things.

And of course potential toxins put onto and into fruits.
but I eat a lot fruit that is high in magnesium?
