Exercise / Bodybuilding / Martial Arts? Which one is practical?
« on: June 19, 2010, 03:36:26 am »
Ok Ive been doing Brazilian jiu jitsu for 6 months and it is very fun and I have no doubt it is at least one of the best martial arts for fighting larger opponents. But Im beginning to think it is not that practical for self defense out in the street. I feel that a striking art would be because you could take on more opponents than 1. What do you guys think is the best practical martial art for self defense? Ive seen pekiti tirsia and krav maga and they look good but is anything better? ???

So again the cornerstones of life and wellness are:

Enzymes from juicing, raw foods and most importantly from supplementation.  We need the supplements as the most essential enzymes for avoiding or combating the catastrophic diseases are the enzymes we may no longer make as much of.  Pancreatin is essential in the prevention and fight against all cancers and inflammations.  Eating raw pancreas and meat is out of the question.  So, we have to find the finest enzyme supplement and take it liberally.

Progesterone and testosterone.  With simple saliva tests we can determine just how low or off we are in our hormone balance and then safely supplement the loss with topical creams that are natural and without side effects.  Testosterone has gotten a bad rap in the last 20 years as a cancer producer and aggression maker.  The latest research shows the truth.  Natural testosterone; protects the heart from disease, is the greatest antidepressant known, maintains sex drive, bone mass and muscle mass, lowers cholesterol and levels of body fat, protects the prostate and maintains mental drive!  Karuna makes the purest most utilizable progesterone supplement cream on the market today and is available at www.docsprefer.com

Oxygen. We first clean the blood with the enzymes. Then we make the blood rich with oxygen carrying red blood cells.  We then  increase the circulation by opening up clogged blood vessels  with enzymes and then make miles and miles of new blood vessels through  weight training.  On top of that, to make sure we are always oxygen rich  to fight off bugs despite air pollution and the rest  we'll supplement with a rich oxygen source.  After much disappointment in the O2 supplement I used to recommend we went searching round for another. My wife Michele came upon a medical doctor who is in the business of manufacturing his own stabilized oxygen product. He told us of manufacturing processes old and new, and how the new processes could boost the strength of the product. Most of the stabilized oxygen products on the market are 50,000 ppm or 5% oxygen and may be akin to bleach, this alternative doc has been building his to be bleach free, professional strength stabilized oxygen at 5 times the strength (250,000 ppm or 25%). He sells this strength of product only to health professionals. Guaranteed to kick ass on bacteria, fungus, viruses and guaranteed to increase tissue oxygen with all of the good benefits that brings.

Exercise. Finally we'll shore up our frames and boost our energy producing structures with strength training.  This will lessen the incidence of injury, maintain our bone and muscle mass, increase our circulation, lubricate the joints, feed our brain better and give us the ability to carry ourselves around for life without being a burden to ourselves and others.

Hot Topics / RPD nutrition jobs?
« on: June 09, 2010, 10:12:36 pm »
I'm currently a nutrition major in college and want to help people. Every class I sit in I get to listen to a bunch of bullshit, you know the deal. Anyway, I'm having second thoughts of going into nutrition because I'm afraid that the system is too bureaucratic to try to change it or introduce raw foods. IDK, my mom always told me to go into something that I love and have great interest in, and for me that is nutrition, but lord knows I'm not going to lie to thousands of people about how grains and dairy are good. Any ideas how I could use my major for good and not evil? What other jobs are out there for nutrition? Thanks :D

Has anyone had any experiences dating with RPD or primal diet? I want to meet a nice girl that is open minded and would at least try the diet. I'd like to someday raise my kids RPD.

Hot Topics / Paul Chek video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Ndfw3il33w

One of the best videos I've ever found explaining current health and agriculture. Who cares if the guy is not raw paleo. I think he doesnt believe in grains or dairy. The guy is so smart and explains things logically and simply for us. Hes got the disease problem figured out while modern medicine hasnt a clue how to cure. As a matter of fact IDK if curing is even in medical vocabulary. It produces a lot more money to have people on medications their entire lives than a one time cure. If they found a cure for cancer, would big pharma and medicine allow it? They'd lose a lot of money. Anyway watch all of parts of his lecture to get the benefit of it. He explains how we are only as healthy as the soil, and I couldnt agree more.

Hot Topics / Masai blood drinking video
« on: May 19, 2010, 06:41:33 am »
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLI9cuQ2khA

this video shows how the masai regularly consume blood for nutrition. In Nutrition and Physical Degeneration, by weston price, he talks of how the masai diet consisted of only 3 foods: milk, meat, and blood, sometimes fruit when available. Price also talked of how immune they were to various diseases. The mosquitos were known to carry malaria and price and his followers covered themselves with repellent and garments so they wouldnt get bitten. Price talked of how the masai were immune to malaria and other local diseases. Very interesting and just goes how optimal this diet is for their health. Many of their warriors are well over six feet tall.

Primal Diet / price of the primal diet:
« on: May 19, 2010, 01:27:28 am »
I come from a frugal family and am used to buying cheap food. I recently converted to the primal diet after a year on the paleo diet. Although I recieved increased health from paleo, my vitality was just not there. I searched for more answers and came to this. I am willing to spend a lot of money on the diet but it seems by Aajonus's recommendations in his books that the primal diet would cost nearly $20 a day. That is a lot of money. Does that estimate seem right or does anyone get their food cheaper?
2lb grassfed meat= $10
6 raw eggs=           $.75
1/2 stick raw butter= $5
2 cup raw milk       = $.80
celery/tomato/cilantro juice= $1
6 tblsp unheated honey = $.75

General Discussion / Eating the same cuts/organs every day?
« on: May 18, 2010, 02:39:23 am »
Is there anything wrong with eating the same organs/ cuts of meat every day. For example, I really like beef heart. Would it negatively affect me to eat heart most days. Or would a more varied diet be better with different cuts/ organs each day? Well I know a more varied approach would be better, but is there anything wrong with eating a certain organ every day? Thanks a lot...

Over the past year or so, every time I come across some great knowledgeable people, I write them down for later reference. Most of these people have videos on youtube and oneradionetwork.com(which is an awesome site). I like these people because they tell it like it really is unlike big gov, pharma and agriculture, and the hilarious food pyramid. Here they are, if anyone has others they want to contribute please add to the list.

General Discussion / Anyone know where to get raw glands?
« on: May 14, 2010, 03:34:53 am »
I have been looking for raw glands. I heard/ read info by Aajonus Vonderplanitz about how eating certain glands can cure gland related ailments. For example, pituitary for hpta axis out of balance, thyroid for thyroid issues etc... Can anyone shed any light on this?
