Now who's being obtuse? The cooked-food mainstream isn't the same as the raw-paleo audience. I have learned much about raw whole-animal storage and preparation from you, but persuasion is a delicate skill. I would hate to see someone with your expertise be diminished by sensationalism.

You are capable of more - this raw paleo diet demo is proof of that. And don't underestimate youtube - it is a driving force.

In other words you think what he did is wrong. Then you say he is capable of more. Wtf. You sound like Dorothy.

By the looks of his video he does whatever the hell he wants to do.

As a former electronics engineer my opinion is that Jack is spouting a load of rubbish about how damage is caused by EMF - as Iguana points out he is just talking mumbo jumbo.

But there is still plenty of scope for EMF to be causing harm to living creatures, for example: We know that many of the radio broadcasters in Australia who had the transmission tower on the roof died of cancer. Extended use of mobile phones can cause cancer. In these cases the signal levels were very high, and we should all be able to minimise the strength of our exposure. Even holding a mobile further away you on speaker phone will make a huge difference - every time you double the distance the strength goes down four fold.

And as Tyler mentions there are people who are also very sensitive ('allergic') to EMF and they recovered when they distanced themselves from radio sources:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-14887428

The answer is that nobody really knows and you have to make your own call on the risks you want to take in return for the benefits of modern technology.

From what I know which is ridiculously almost nothing. Statistically the level of cancer was average in that studio in Brisbane.

Anything that isn't mainstream is pseudoscience. Don't follow what doesn't make sense to you Francois and DaBoss, but I like what Jack has to say and there is no reason why Inger shouldn't have posted it. All you have is opinion, Inger's, Jacks, Francois, a random physicist, DaBoss, mine. NOBODY KNOWS!!! All we have is our own experience. Thank you all for sharing, but it is ignorant to claim fact.  Why are you so attached to being right. Is Inger in some danger??? She is healthier than ever by her own account.

Great! any human on earth could of wrote this post. End of forum! we all have our own experiences no more debate!

People do have information and we do not just have our own experience.

Some input would be interesting instead of saying nothing Adora.

Things haven't changed since then. There are still welfare-benefit sinkholes all over the US and the UK which  are corrupt, incompetent  primitive societies. The problem is that  increased technology  allows the useless  elements of society to outbreed the more intelligent, and the latter are the only ones who tend to have some sense re not breeding too much. We need laws to correct this. Hmm, I always remember a wonderful story by Harry Harrison("a criminal act") wherein he posits  a future, vastly overpopulated world where any man who produces more than one child can be fought, each time, in one duel to the death  by any one volunteer with the latter being armed to the teeth. A logical way to reduce overpopulation.  Not necessarily. There was the "baby boom" generation, for example. Current drops in population are due, imo, to government attacks on family values, feminism, drop in cultural activities etc. No, the ocean is too diluted, despite containing tons upon tons of such minerals. People have already tried and failed to harvest minerals from the ocean, because of this.

I don't like the notion of living off recycled crap. It reminds me of the book Dune in which people have to live off their own recycled urine which has been absorbed into their stillsuits via urination.  That's a bit of a stretch, to class impulsivity and excess anger  as mental illness. They can be quite normal behaviour under the right circumstances. And I doubt that any society would dare try to make us all unemotionally calm types as then we'd all be like zombies.

Basically, an alien's behaviour may be so utterly alien that it could wipe out planets for the most alien of reasons, not even needing aggression or hatred to be able to commit the act. If it weren't even aware of us(say if it was an energy-being) then it could still wipe us out.

It easy to make money out the less intelligent groups (lower class) I had a couple of dudes try to bait me the other day probably looking for a punchup.

Grinned a little and I went on with my day... I get guys like them to wear full overalls and masks in the heat doing work for my business while I will sit in the air con on my lap top checking the surf report while they make me money.

Weston Price published his work in the 1920s and 1930s.  For that matter, the French scientist who wrote about white blood cells and cooked food wrote his article in the 1920s, right?

But never mind all that.  How about this?  The bubonic plague killed 1/4 to 1/3 of Europeans several times.  They were pretty much all eating the diet appropriate for their social class, yet some died and some did not.  Why did some die, while others did not?  it's obviously not nutritional.  It's mostly genetic.  Some people have more genetic resistance than others to specific diseases.  It's just reality, and it's pointless to deny it.

Just like some people tolerate some foods better than other people because of genetics, some people tolerate some microbes better than others.  We all vary genetically in many, many different ways.

At least they are immune to HIV now!

Never say never.

I have a male friend who got married and on their wedding day told all the guests in their reception that they were adamant in NOT having kids.  That the world was overpopulated.

They relied on birth control pills.  And still had 2 daughters.

Now he's a loving parent posting facebook pics of his daughters.... ha ha ha ha ha.

He he he, Wodgina, you will find out later when you are a parent.

My maternal grandma tried very hard so that her 4 daughters would marry committed family men instead of the womanizer she got. (although my grandma was the 2nd wife - 2nd woman).  I'd say she succeeded.

If my daughter can find committed men like my father in law and my dad ( her grand fathers)... that would be a good start... if we can get better options, the better.

And that is why I'm raising my daughter to be like her grandmother.  My mother in law is my dream woman... THE dream woman.  If my daughter can be like grandma, she can choose from among the best men out there.

Ha GS I will/maybe/probably not find out!

A woman often chooses a husband who is somewhat like the men in her original family.

I had a lovely cousin who was beautiful and educated and gentle. Her grandfather and her father and her brother have been womanizers, to the grief of their wives. She married a well-educated man...who later abandoned her for another woman. My heart-broken cousin basically committed suicide. Her heart-broken father still does not understand that his daughter's failed marriage and suicide had something to do with his own life-long womanizing hobby.

What I am trying to say is that the way you and your sons behave may have a big impact on the kind of men your daughter will like in the future.

Perfect example of why women can't ever be wrong.

Women know who the womanisers are and actively seek them but no.... blame the Dad.

I think parents want whats best of themselves. It's a pretty lie that they want whats best for their children. I come from a loving family and noticed that really your on your own...hard to comprehend...something the movies and fiction leave out.

I think we over-exaggerate our importance along the lines of TD or they are huge or something.

I hope we never encounter ET's as we would make great pets.

Lately I haven't been getting colds much at all, so last time I was convinced I would not get anything and then had a runny nose and eyes for a day. Maybe it would have been worse though if I was paranoid about getting sick.

Who knows S. I think not wanting to get a cold can cause a cold?

I rarely get colds and its psychological. I just say 'nup I'm not getting a cold'.

Colds are an emotional deterrent... feel the pain of a cold rather than emotions.

You hear of people who have crippling anxiety but once they get a terrible cold the anxiety completely disappears.

A lot of women have it (around 25%). Another reason not to wash too much as the oils in your skin will kill virus's.

You should probably tell beta males you sleep with prior to sleeping with someone again that you have it. Alpha's probably have it anyway.

I found this article that goes into some detail of what I was looking for. Apparently there was one incident in 1982 that a civilian killed an assailant but this was after the assailant had already fled on his bicycle(lol). Another incident in 2002 with fuzzy details - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appalachian_School_of_Law_shooting

Here is the article

http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2012/09/mass-shootings-investigation

Also in this article, a couple of really bad incidents for civilians who tried to play hero.

Also, with that rambo gramps in the internet cafe. It looked like he missed the assailant from around 10 feet(just read he did hit them. Apparently one bullet wasn't enough). Also the assailant, with his gun, did not even return fire. I think I read somewhere that the assailant might not have had a real gun or bullets. Makes sense since his buddy had a bat, and he didn't even think to return fire. This could have easily ended very badly for gramps and the other patrons.

That Gramps was more dangerous than the robbers (someone could of got killed ha ha)

It now has come out the Mum was a bit of a bitch and also home schooled him. Dad had divorced mum.

Omega male with no chance of procreation with a controlling female at home. Not natural.
