instinctive liver flush?
« on: March 28, 2011, 10:14:56 pm »
i have a really fouled up liver from drinking too much as a child (age 12-23) anorexia, binge eating, especially on fat, and now having a sensitive constitution as a result

lately most of what i have been eating for breakfast is liver, egg yolks and lemons because this is what i crave and it fuels me extremely well til the afternoon......honestly i have to track my calorie to make sure i am consuming enough calories for as much activity/high metabolism  as i now have (10 hour farm days, bike commuting, extensive and high elevation gain hiking with weight)
i feel amazing lately and much more stable health wise in terms of energy, digestions, emotionally, ...etc......its new and odd to feel good this often but i totally appreciate it....

anyway i was going through this website to find some nutritional information about the things i am eating or any cautions about vitamin overloads or anything and found that this seems to be a really good recipe for detoxing the liver.......i would honestly suggest that combo for breakfast for anyone, its delicious, nutritious and inexpensive...................

I think a lot of us had taken our livers for granted when we where younger.

WHO thinks the main selling point of this raw paleo diet should be how it can nurish and cleanse damaged organs and glands. It was the fundamental message that I received from AV.

The Idea that after so much time on a raw paleo diet one could repair the damage and actually recover total body wellness.

The diet in itself will cleanse the organs and the new cells replace the old, and all the garbage is finally removed from the body.

I will drink a little lemon water in the morning with eggs an piece of high meat and the standard beef with lamb fat coconut butter. I have just lately fallen for using the occasional slice of black Forrest bacon, to flavor up the morning blend. I am becoming more decadent, but non the less my liver seems to work well on the high fat diet.
