There has also been an article on a Persian Sassanid,  (pre Islam) who worked as a professor of mathematics in Japan in Nara in c.700+ AD, long before Marco Polo. Indeed ancient roman coins have been recently found in  a Japanese castle. The point being that if historical dates are so wrong, then prehistorical, palaeolithic dates are likely even more inaccurate as well.
