This blog has been around for years, I'm not sure if the owner is a member, here. I've already posted a link to this blog(among several others) in a relevant "Sticky" topic in the Journals forum.

Going zero-carb (cooked meat).Low libido MYSTERY. How to fix it.

All I can say is WOW!!!!

Some of you have experienced a low sex drive due to eating a zero-carb diet. Yes it is surprising that food so high in protein, fat, zinc, and cholesterol should be able to make huge amounts of testosterone.
Yes this is true but we forgot one thing, this is the main reason why raw meat is so much better than cooked.
Cooked meat has oxidized fat and oxidized cholesterol this creates huge amounts of free radicals. When there are too many free radicals in the blood nitric-oxide goes DOWN.
Plant oils have more free radicals when cooked while saturated fats have the least. But when eating large amounts of cooked all the way through meat we destroy many vitamins and enzymes. Many of these vitamins and enzymes are antioxidants. Such as vitamin E in butter and lard. And Lutein in raw eggs.
Cooked fat crystalline in the body anyway so does cooked cholesterol. But the only reason you won't get clogged arties from cooked cholesterol is because you do not eat sugar. Sugar puts pressure on the organs to produce insulin etc. This slows blood flow. I am sure there are many other downfalls to too many free radicals in the blood.
Organ meats are rich in free radicals, but cooking destroys them and creates free radicals. Antioxidants from animal sources are best as vitamins are absorbed better when from animals.

You could switch to eating all raw meat this would get rid of the free radicals and preserve antioxidants.

If you eat some of raw eggs everyday the antioxidants in it should clean out all the free radicals which lets nitric oxide do its work in the body.
Noagin is a anti-oxidant supplement you can take in conjunction with raw eggs. Its so powerful it reverses wrinkles and baldness.
But for right now you can cooked you meat less and eat lots of raw eggs and raw liver. Raw lard and beef fat.
