Paleo dieter since 2007

Hey, my first post and my introduction. I have actually been reading/following the raw paleo forum for some months now, but I never joined. Until today that is. :-) Been following the Paleo diet since 2007 and been very happy doing so. I lost quite a bit of excess weight when I started. I’m from Sweden, and I’m here to talk to like minded since Sweden is kind of a small place. I don’t know that many People here following the Paleo diet. I hope to be able to share some of my knowledge and connect with like minded people like you.

Welcome to the forum! We are actually a RAW, palaeolithic diet forum. The cooked-paleolithic-diet crowd is actually getting ever larger, these days.

Anyway, there is a mount of info here for those transitioning, hope you find it useful!   ;D

Yes, I have been really eating the cooked-paleolithic-diet, but I find the RAW version very much intriguing, looking forward learning more about it!

Not so much whales and sharks here in Sweden, more like deers, elks and some wolfs.  ;D

They're not  ;D You didn't specify if you were talking about Sweden's natural fauna, or food.

People eat foxes, however.

No, wolves are not eaten by humans, they are now a protected animal in Sweden. Elks are though. :-)
