Raw butter question
« on: April 11, 2015, 11:04:25 am »
I just bought 2 kg of raw butter. I was wondering if I should keep it in the fridge , and how long before its inedible or goes high?

I do keep it in the fridge, but butter keeps a long time, especially if it's away from air. Even after the surface that's been exposed to air goes rancid, you can scrape it off to get at the fresh butter underneath.

Can you wrap it in something non-toxic to minimize exposure to air? And what would be a good material if so?
We now live in a world where medicine destroys health, law destroys justice, education destroys knowledge, government destroys order, the press destroys information, religion destroys morals, and banking destroys the economy

Wax paper is the usual thing people use.
