Summer job

hey guys, so i really want to do something different this summer and am looking into WWOOFing somewhere in the U.S. or another nearby country. For those of you that don't know what WWOOF (http://www.wwoof.org/) is, it's a way for volunteers (like me) to find organic farms that need help. The volunteers work on the farm in exchange for food and shelter for however long they stay. Most WWOOF host farms require 3-6 hours a day of work. So anyways, I've contacted a few farms that specialize in grass fed beef while letting them know of my diet and have only gotten one response back which was fairly favorable. But while I'd love to wwoof, it'd be even better to work on a farm with a fellow RPDer, so the point of this post is to see if anyone on here owns a farm and needs help over the summer (from june to august). If so, let me know

so guess what. I emailed slankers to see if they needed any help on the farm over the summer and ted slanker emailed me back saying it might be possible for me to work there! how bad ass would that be!

Very cool.  They are nice folks.  One suggestion, you might want to wear a different outfit when you go for the interview.  The one you're wearing in your avatar is perfect for Hollywood but might be just a little over the top for the heart of the Bible Belt. ;D
