The above scientists claim that fasting/not eating reduces the risk of wrinkles. However, it is already scientifically known that advanced glycation end products(AGEs) cause wrinkles:-

so it is not so much the fasting/not eating in general  that is responsible for preventing wrinkles/prolonging lifespan etc.,  but rather the not eating of cooked foods with all their heat-created toxins. Yet another case of scientists doing a reasonable study but making a wholly wrong conclusion from the data.
