I bought some grass fed ground beef, sirloin steak & chuck steak. They were all in the refrigerated section at my local organic shop.
I left the meats out for a little bit over 24 hours, just wanting to see what happens. It's a bit smelly, so I'm a little bit confused as to what to do.
Is the smell because it's bad meat, and or because I left it in the plastic? Or is it normal for it to get smelly after 24 hours.
