Solution for those who refuse to go on RVAF diets

It seems that curcumin, found in turmeric, blocks some of the inflammation caused by advanced glycation end products, a type of toxin formed by cooking. Many of us have experienced wonderful effects from going RVAF and have tried to convince others to go rawpalaeo - unfortunately, many state that they would rather die than eat a raw-meat diet and duly do the former, inevitably, after decades of self-abuse from eating cooked diets. Adding the above spice is nowhere near as good as going RVAF but at least it should counter some of the negative effects from eating cooked foods. One thing, though:- it seems that bioavailablity of curcumin is enhanced if one eats black pepper  or fats along with it.

1 caveat:- it seems that adding the 2 spices to one's cooked foods is useless. One has to use expensive supplements which highly concentrate the various components such as :-

Yeah man! I just got through having a kidney smoothie. In it was a quarter pound of raw beef kidney, two juiced lemons, a tablespoon of turmeric and half a tablespoon of black pepper and powdered ginger with some water. Been having two of them a day. My food processor is permanently stained yellow and my pee looks like I've been taking vitamin b even more so than before I started taking them.

1 interesting article as a counterpoint:-

Given many past experiences, I would rather trust the many testimonials in favour of such products, and yet sometimes such testimonials have often not been accurate either, due to the placebo effect etc. I merely offer the above as an alternative viewpoint. I will report in a few months  if my current experimentee experiences any benefits from her osteoporosis.

I don't like the bait and switch tone of the article. First it claims that all the benefits of turmeric are hyped (like everything I'm sure they are to some extent.) then it switches to talking about curcumin for pretty much the rest of the article. This is like saying lemons are bad for you and then providing research on acorbic acid as proof. I believe there are a lot more benefits to turmeric than just curcumin. Also even just a little black pepper added to them supposedly makes the curcumin twenty times more bio available. So far I've had nothing but positive things happen to me since I started back on turmeric after giving it up on account of going raw because I only ate it on chicken and rice and don't care for either of them raw. I feel an increase in strength since I started back on turmeric like I am back to my old self. Also my back pain in the kidney area is virtually gone after being on it for just the past few days. Though I started the raw kidney about the same time. I still don't like the taste of raw kidney but it's not as bad so I must be getting used to it. Also I think all the herbs, spices and lemon juice I been adding to it help. I especially noticed that I don't have the nasty aftertaste for hours after I've consumed it anymore.
