Teeth
« on: July 02, 2018, 12:08:32 am »
I have very sensitive teeth (because they actually somehow damaged), and I can feel after I've eaten/drank something, how my teeth and their roots are reacting. Here are some observations:
Good:
-Raw animal fat feels really great for my teeth, also raw meat, sometimes organs
-sometimes alcohol, fermented stuff, green tea, some greens.
Bad:
-chocolate, coffee, too cold/hot food, grains, too much sugar (though moderate amount don't bother me)

And... i remember when I was eating it, any kind of bread (made of wheat, rye, etc) felt much worse than eating sweet stuff (fruits, honey or even whole coconut sugar or raw sugar cane). I can actually eat quite high quantities of sweet stuff before I feel it in my teeth. The only grain that felt a bit less damaging was white rice, even though I don't recommended it. But I really remember the sensation on my teeth after having had any kind of bread, or grains.
Also, raw nuts (and seeds), not good at all for me.
Unripe fruits, also felt very bad, not recommended.
