Toxins in water neutralization

How do u neutralize toxins in shower(if u want a long hot shower) and bath water(if you want to soak)?

Are there shower heads which will neutralize toxins?

Depends on location. I gather most Viennese tapwater comes direct from the mountains. Few chemicals are added(chlorine definitely, likely also fluoride).
