Even the guy's (on the photo) upper outer clothing is made out of plastic. The fridge with milk has plastic isolating the heat.

I definitely prefer to put food in glass - not only better for health, glass is infinite-times recyclable... - ...here comes the "BUT" - ...But only if one actually recycles it - whether by having the glass containers refilled, or glass trash collected separately, melted and reshaped. When it is put into the mixed landfill-trash it is one of the worst types of trash ever - shards of glass never dissolve in the nature.
