I want to start eating raw meat, but I'm a bit scared
« on: January 21, 2020, 07:41:48 am »
For starters sorry if these type of questions are repeated, but I gotta ask.

1. Won't I get sickness from harmful bacteria and parasites by eating raw meat, specially meat from pork and chicken?

2. Is raw meat still beneficial if it was at one point frozen?

3. Any tips in general for starting this? I don't really know where to get my raw meat from, I can't really hunt game where I'm living at right now

for starters; tell the forum where you're coming from and where you're at now diet wise. also, if you have any health issues.

searching the website for ''new to raw'' will bring up some reading.
result number 2, by tyler should should get you off to a good start:

Just take the plunge and do it IMO. There are many methods to gradually introduce it but none of them are really necessary or worth it.

1. You could. But it's not the end of the world if you do. Long-term your health will improve.

2. Yes, but much less so. Still a lot better than cooked.

3. Any muscle meat that tastes ok is ok.
We now live in a world where medicine destroys health, law destroys justice, education destroys knowledge, government destroys order, the press destroys information, religion destroys morals, and banking destroys the economy
