Apples, milk and meat: the most viable universal diet trinity?!
« on: December 25, 2022, 12:09:36 pm »
I have singled out apples for the following reasons:

They are readily available in most countries all year round, organically grown ones are widely available, most varieties keep well in the fridge for well over a week after purchase, they are fairly robust, they have a good portion size, they are easy to eat with little fuss or mess, they're versatile, they're affordable, they go well with both milk and meat, and finally they result in firm easy bowel movements ("an apple a day...").

Please share your thoughts. :)

Thanks; could you give us a meal plan/what you eat in a day?  Do you rely on a certain amount from each category or is it by instinct? Just curious and I would like to try.

Hi smokeyquartz,
my current daily food plan is as follows:

Breakfast: one (washed) organic apple accompanied with six mouthfuls of (raw) grass-fed unhomogenised milk (shake the bottle first and don't backwash).
Brunch: six mouthfuls of milk followed by 250g (raw) grass-fed beef strips wetted with the myoglobin liquid released after thawing, eaten with fingers directly from the packet.
Lunch: six mouthfuls of milk.
Lupper: six mouthfuls of milk followed by a thawed portion of wild-caught marine predatory fish (I'm currently buying king snapper), eaten with one's hands.
Supper: six mouthfuls of milk optionally followed by another 250g beef strips (if finances allow or if I'm craving more red meat - if the latter then I will often just eat it when I crave it, otherwise I will be hungry during the day no matter how much milk I drink)
During the day: the rest of the three litres of milk I have allocated.

Preparation: nil, cleanup: nil (just properly wash your hands before and after eating).

Enjoy!

p.s. how much milk you consume may differ according to your own hydration and energy requirements. Listen to your thirst and appetite and adjust accordingly - if milk isn't doing the job then you might be low in zinc or iron and need more red meat.
