This dude is an idiot.  He looks like he weighs 125lbs.  Can't take serious nutrtition advice from a guy like that.  Especially brownies.  Eat brownies and look like that guy.

He does look pretty smart and a good person.

Also I think most of us have made the vegan mistake.
Take everyones advice with a grain of salt. Try things out for your self and then make up your mind.

I've always been afraid that in the next few hundred years we would be faced with ever-increasing processing of foods so that, eventually, we would be simply be eating packets of green-coloured gunge from hydroponic tanks, synthetic meat-flavoured substitutes for animal food etc. The above is just 1 harbinger of what's to come.
