Ive done plenty if research of circumin but what form of it do you have? Most people just eat lots of tumeric. If its isolated I would be a little hesitant.
I've found that raw spices such as black pepper do speed up digestion but I reckon that means that fewer nutrients are absorbed from the food as a result, not less, given my own experience re stools.
Well I was just pointing out that eating more tumeric is just more of a natural attempt at getting circumin in your diet. I just dont believe in supplements.
Curcumin is sold only as a supplement ? I don't know where you are from but I have pack(32g) of curcumin in kitchen that is sold for 1$ in Estonia.
