Go to Omish people for quality+price

they have the best prices and products. only downfall is getting there, but all their stuff is pastured and grass fed, no pesticieds, growth hormones..... and they cannot lie when u ask them a question (strong religious folk). this may be obvious for some, but its a great place for food. just sayin (we go to our omish friends a lot, but they dont do paleo, but i have not told them yet. my mom goes way more than me)

i am their regular customer. they are definitely good producers, but i pay my fortune for my groceries.
