I always bleed when I brush my teeth.
This is why I switched to oil pulling, then wiping with a towel.

I'm just not built for the tooth brushing paradigm.

I believe when the gums bleed when brushing, something is missing, or you have not reached optimal health.
Gums should not bleed.
My gums bleeded sometimes when still eating fruits (even if oilpulling).
Now they bleed no more, even if flossing and brushing. Now I eat only animals(inkl. organs) and wild edibles. No fruits at all.

In Ayurveda it is part of the daily routine. Sesame is one of the best anti-bacterial anti-fungal etc of the light seed oils. Use high quality sesame, not the cooking oil stuff that is very dark and odoriferous.

It coats the mouth, gums etc and lubricates the teeth.

6 drops of oil is all that's necessary and you just gargle it.

While you are at it massage yourself with it, head to toe every morning paying special attention to your head, ears, soles of the feet and toes.

Use sesame oil if you tend towards feeling cool, olive oil if you tend to notice (uncomfortable) in heat and coconut if it is summer and you dislike heat.
Cheers

My gums are still bleeding. Even with the slightest brush. Is it gingivitis?

Fruit can be a source of problems. Describe your diet?

I am not familiar with things such as oil pulling but I don't think you need anything fancy. The problem is simple, the gums are deteriorating from nutrient deficiency. Diets too high in muscle meat and low in organ meats usually cause this. More organ meats - particularly liver. Perhaps green vegetables too.

do you know which nutrient is deficient?  or is it just general suspicion of some kind deficiency?

I have never consumed raw liver before. I have yet to find it.

My diet? Carbs. It's been quite awhile since I got any fats into my diet. I'm searching around for sources because currently, I can only get like say, out of 300g of a brisket, i can only get like 50 - 75g of fat. They would not sell additional fat. I told them i wanted additional fat, they just gave me a larger cut which is pretty much the same.

Surprising, since (grainfed) liver is found in nearly every supermarket in Australia (though grainfed is fine if that's all that one can get). I questioned a farmer about the lack of grass fed organs available in Australia and they replied that there is big demand in Asian countries for Australian livestock organs - apparently Singapore is not one of those countries. Without liver I'm not sure what to recommend. What is your carb source? Fruit or rice?

Rice. Gums are still bleeding. I guess the wet market is the only option I have left. Not sure how much fats/meats/organs I should buy for a week's supply though.

in the meantime you should try to replace rice with raw fruits and green vegetables.

more than likely you have pockets where bacteria are thriving.  Try having your teeth/pockets cleaned by a hygenist and cut down on sugars rinsing your mouth with either warm water or diluted salt water after every meal.  Floss too.

IF animal fat sourcing is a problem you may have to find alternatives.

Indian GHEE, extra virgin olive oil are what I can think of now.
Egg yolks.

What's wrong with that? Get two brisket's !? It's not hard to do RPD if you really wanted to do it. Pretty lies to yourself.

WTF is wrong with 50-75g fat in a 300g brisket? Because all palaeo animals were morbidly obese?

If you're not already watching your omega-3/omega-6 intake, you might want to try drinking some flaxseed oil.

Here's a few anecdotes from people that had their gum bleeding stop after a week or so of 2 tablespoons/day of flaxseed oil.
