New to Paleo, considering more raw
« on: August 29, 2010, 04:20:19 am »
Hello,

I actually just started eating in a more paleo/primal way (like within the last week, and I lost 3.2 lbs. I need to lose about 35-40 total), and think that raw paleo sounds like an interesting option.

Any suggestions for a girl on incorporating more raw paleo?

Welcome CinnamonGirl !

Suggestions : 100% raw without grain and dairy, those being Neolithic. ;)

Losing weight is much easier on an all-raw diet. The only exception is raw dairy which often leads to greater weight-gain.
