Hey everyone,

Glad to be here! First of all I'm Irene and I'm an avid blogger and researcher when it comes to health, fitness and dieting. It's my passion to be healthy as well as to cook healthy foods that's why I've come onto this forum to share what I at least know and also help others as much as I can. I'm no expert yet but I think my little thoughts can also bring wisdom and happiness to each and every member that I could encounter. :)
