Hey everyone,
I've been working on a health blog for about 3 months. Just wanted to share with my fellow paleo dieters.
Now I don't want to bend form rules but I don't really tackle the raw food much on my blog. It's mostly has to do with cravings,weight gain/loss, & food upgrade/substitution. I write it in a very simple format in order to make it easy for everyone to understand & apply to their lifestyle.
