I don't have access to grassfed meats, and we all know that grainfed fat is nothing in terms of nutrition(fatty acids++).
So I thought about getting the max of what I have access to.

I can get pasture raised eggs some organic onions and this grainfed beef
I take 2pounds beef mix it with 10 egg yolks and onions.

I also eat some fruits and another 10eggyolks mixed with lemon or orange juice.

What do you think? will the eggyolks be a good thing to add for this serious lack of good fat?

Well, I know we go on about grassfed meats, but I have heard occasional reports from RVAFers who've claimed that they did OK on them re health-recovery. While raw grassfed meats have much higher levels of the right nutrients, raw grainfed meats do have the advantage of not having a load of heat-created toxins in them due to cooking, so that helps. Plus some such grainfed meats are only fed grains during the winter and easter, the rest of the time fed on grass, so they are not always that bad.

But, yes, if you can get hold of real, pastured fresh raw eggs, that's fine as a substitute if you thrive on raw eggs as a staple.
