Structured Water

Anybody drink this stuff? I'm trying to decide whether I should take the plunge and spend a few hundred dollars on a water structuring device. Is it a bullshit scam like ionized water? According to this site it is :http://www.chem1.com/CQ/clusqk.html

Blood in meat is the most structured water around,
If you desire a more plain water, I recommend finding a spring.

coconuts, watermelons, melons, fruits are structured water.
Some more hydrating than others.
I put structure in my plain water by squeezing a lemon in it or an orange or calamansi
