Why would you want to? There are several systems on offer that promises just that. But I have no idea if they work as intended or at all. Rather than re mineralizing. Would it not make more sense to remove unwanted stuff from the water with a charcoal filter? If things such as fluoride is a concern, I dont think any filter available for personal use can really do the job.
