You'd be surprised how many youth follow this sort of raw animal food diet. There are whole families in the Los Angeles area who all follow the Primal Diet.

Gee thanks! I haven't seen this post until now.  I feel very lucky to figure out the things about health at such a young age.  Every one here has helped guide me to the current point I'm at now. Thanks! If it was for this Raw paleo forum I wouldn't be eating how I am now.

It's just easier to be thin at 17 - in general. That being said, the more modern, processed, and unnatural our food becomes, the age at which it is no longer to easily stay lean keeps getting younger and younger.

I'm thin too at raw paleo diet.  Just not 17 years old thin.  You know... still in the growing spurt... getting taller and taller and taller...
