Hello!  I am glad to see some restaurants are at least making an effort to accommodate those of us on raw food diets.
My wife and I prefer to eat at home; we thrive on http://www.northstarbison.com/ which has neither been frozen nor cooked.  Their farm is in Wisconsin.  They can be easily reached by phone to see about shipping to Canada.
We have found some recipes that make Chicken taste quite good also.  Some are from The Recipe for Living Without Disease http://www.wewant2live.com/site/811618/page/352273 and one really tasty recipe has been passed on by word of mouth from various raw food dieters here in southern California.
