As a proponent of individual freedom, this disturbs me.

What is going to be the cutoff then for being allowed to have sex? 50? 60? 70? 80? I hope this doesn't set some precedent.

These decisions are much too complicated to be decided by bureaucrats.
Let nature decide.

Does anyone think he is going to abide by this man's opinion(ie judge's ruling)?

Either hes dumb enough not to care and just have sex or hes smart enough to realize that he can fight it and have sex, so yes.
