Correction: "Oral medication" will neither "treat" nor "cure" health problems; it only masks them at best. Would you swallow an aspirin if you step on a thumbtack or just remove the thumbtack? Your mindset is sure to make you an outcast here. I hope you reading posts here will enlighten you as they did me.

Best thing to do is leave it in the car or ditch it. They can wait a few minutes till you're home.

dissolve hardened nerves. Regularly, eating raw fresh fish heals and
rebuilds deteriorated nerve tissue over time.
Another reason for physiological impotency is an intolerance for milk
heated above 100° Fahrenheit (pasteurization is about 160°
Fahrenheit). If a person suspects that he or she may have a milk
intolerance, abstaining from drinking and eating milk products for 2-3

Drinking 2 cups of hard peeled cucumbers blended with 2-3 ounces
fresh raw coconut cream and 3 ounces of unheated honey usually helps
to develop and sustain erections. Adding 1 teaspoon bee pollen to the
cucumber/coconut cream mixture strengthens erections for many men
but not for others. Experiment and discover for yourself. For some
men, raw garlic or red onion is also effective in maintaining erection;

I think it is Nitric Oxide depletion caused by free radicals and deficiency of vitamin C
I suggest cacao nibs (which is toxic) or l-citrulline (eat the flesh close to the rind of the watermelon) or l-arginine

Hm my 2 cents:
* Stop using regular toilets as this overstretches the pudendus nerve and can cause impotency in the long run, see "natures platform"
* Stop using porn, see "your brain on porn"
* regularly train your pelvic floor by pelvic floor / PC muscle training
* use a prostate stimulator which also trains the PC muscle

I have been suffering erectile decline for the last 3 to 4 years now. As far as I can see it had 2 components,perhaps 3 if you take my age of 47 into account. First off my diet changed from AVP to full blown keto of a unhealthy kind. My skin aged noticeable, I started loosing my hair and my 'morning glories' died off to non existent - an indicator of poor health. My views of life changed and my relationship with my wife turned into 'passing ships in the night'.

In my search I started eating cooked foods and sugar again. A cupful of raisins gave me many morning hard-ons. Very unsustainable on account of the fructose. Mushrooms didn't seems to make any difference either. Sabertooth mentioned something about enzymes which gave me an idea to try pineapple as it has loads of them and I figured that it would help fire up my digestion which only ever smoldered away; nothing like the blazing furnace I had experience with AVP diet.

That morning at 3am I was woken by the hardest morning glory in years, and they have been consistent since then. Some further research lead me to N0 (nitric oxide) and the difference between supplementation(haven't supplemented as I wanted to solve this through my diet) and natural. Pineapple has some NO though lettuce, celery,beets,bok choy and cress have more.

Coming to terms with a mid life crises, attempting a more amenable relationship with my wife and the ace of the pack -Pineapple- have brought me back from the brink.

I highly recommend having a serving of pineapple. Or try some other food with high amounts of NO if you can tolerate it. It has been a few weeks now with consistent erections though not of the same callibre as say 4yrs ago.
