Please share erectile dysfunction cure ideas.

Here is my contribution:

This is true erectile dysfunction cure. Which needs to recognize true causes of erectile dysfunction first. Erectile dysfunction is not an age issue. Men are supposed to be as fertile and erect from 20 to 90 as long as we are healthy. The main cause of erectile dysfunction is it is a health issue. The man is simply not healthy. If you are having ED issues, you have a health problem. You need to address your health problem in its totality. You need to be NATURALLY cured of everything, real cure, not those drug and surgery treatments. If you are taking maintenance drugs, then you may never be naturally cured of erectile dysfunction.

.... because she's no longer attractive, she's put on weight and aged badly (probably why ED affects older gentlemen) isn't fun anymore, nags, put's in no effort to look good.... or you're annoyed at her, no longer love or even like her.

While Wodgina does have a point(!), I should add that it's been shown that erectile dysfunction can be nullified by removing advanced glycation end products from the body:-

I had some mildly soft boners and found the following helpful in case anyone's interested. I treated the piriformis muscle which is deep in the buttocks area.

I believe that this helped deactivate satellite trigger points in the intrapelvic muscles which are used in erection.

This connection is not explicitly stated in my reference book, but makes sense as I felt a relaxation in the pelvic floor area internally.

It is also possible to treat the pelvic floor muscles but if they are satellites, best to treat the buttocks first before delving inside the anus.

Not that this rules out any dietary or other factors.

Use a hard ball against the wall like a lacrosse ball or wooden craft ball. I put it in a sock to make it easier to control.

The trigger points are shown in the 'trigger point therapy workbook' this is the one I recommend apart from Travell's huge manual. Well worth having a look into this book. I can't really describe it in words or I would sorry.

Massage the points at 7/10 maximum pain 6-12 times per session and 6-12 sets of reps in a day. It takes consistency to get results, but not a lot of time only 20-25 minutes a day if you add it up.

In my post, the image shows one of the trigger points in this muscle. The other one is simply at the other end of the muscle next to the sacrum.

There is the usual issues with exhaustion, and emotional issues associated with trauma in the past. (EFT etc. may be useful)

Sometimes it's due to lack of readily available energy (when it's not psychological, or other underlying problems like goodsamaritan has written), those muscles need quite some energy to keep constantly contracted.
I've noticed loading up on sugar beforehand (sugar = fruits, watermelon sounds about right), and avoiding fat which slows down metabolism, will lead to harder, longer erection and much better sex overall.

No, he's quite right. Many people here have experienced higher sex-drive etc. after eating raw animal foods. Raw oysters are typically cited as being aphrodisiacs.

What is he right about, what did he even say? Two letters? But he knew whatever he himself and no one else knew, so it's ok.
And I'm not denying whatever the others experienced, I just told my experience.
