Here's a photo of a young Inuit woman circa 1907, in the public domain.  It is huge, but it's great to have and use as you please.  And you can enjoy more detail at full size.

"The Snow Walker" is a good movie. Looks to be made in Stefansson country (flatland, no trees). Something of Paleolithic ways can be learned from the female star, who is an Inuk.

Still I find the masai tribe women and men looked better.

I think ruminant meats are more paleo than fish (they were eaten for a longer period of time in history and before fish was introduced)


btw anyone know if the claim that grassfed beef can have as much omega3 as fish is true?

You have to consider the environment also.  They don't need to be tall and running all the time like the Masai ancestor's were.  I don't think they had a choice what to eat.  When was the last time you saw a giraffe in the arctic?

She looks healthy to me , but can you find good bone structure in most populations.
