I just saw Andy Irons was found to have died from heart disease and a mixture of drugs. How does a professional sportsman die of heart disease?

Genetic heart disease combined with extreme physical stress, insufficient recovery time, a very crap diet and drugs?

Yeah, I agree. It wasn't too much of one drug  just too many different drugs. He had sleeping pills, coke, meth, anti-anxiety pills in his system.

any one of those can kill by itself the combination ever more so!

Heart is most important part in every person's life. We should take care of our heart. There are many tips for reduce heart disease like Eat always healthy food, Do yoga, exercise, Eat fresh fruit and green vegetables.
