have any of you noticed a difference in taste of grass fed beef and beef fed grass hay during the winter?

This is such a good question! I always wondered if hay was non paleo/non diet fodder that just looked dry and disgusting. I'd eat fresh green, but that cooked looking food dried fodder yuck.


When beef is out of season, what can you eat?
