LOL  ;D They should rather tax cooked food and dairy instead!
Cause and effect are distant in time and space in complex systems, while at the same time there’s a tendency to look for causes near the events sought to be explained. Time delays in feedback in systems result in the condition where the long-run response of a system to an action is often different from its short-run response. — Ronald J. Ziegler

Government dictating what you eat will always promote the complete opposite of health and cause even more obesity.

How ironic that the Danes are taxing "fatty" foods like butter and mince when in nearby Sweden there is a high-fat diet craze sweeping the nation: Eat Like A Swede-LCHF (Low-Carb, High-Fat) Join the LCHF movement in Sweden! Maybe they could have an international dietary war! ;D

That was my thought, too.
Thanks for the interesting Swede-LCHF website..

You're welcome, it's this kind of government insanity that makes the need to pass food sovereignty laws so we can eat what we choose all the more urgent:

Instead of taxing "fattening" food, they should tax fat people.
