One of the problems with this study is that the mean age of the vegetarians was higher than that of the omnivores. Moreover, the vegetarians had a significantly lower BMI and this seems to influence plasma AGE levels:

Plasma advanced glycation end products are decreased in obese children compared with lean controls.
... We present the first evidence that childhood/adolescent obesity is characterized by lower plasma AGE levels, despite lower insulin sensitivity, enhanced oxidative stress and microinflammation. An enhanced removal of AGE peptides via hyperfiltration may partially contribute to the lower plasma AGE levels.

Fat Mass Is Inversely Associated with Serum Carboxymethyl-Lysine, An Advanced Glycation End Product, in Adults
... These findings suggest that serum CML concentration is strongly affected by body fat, possibly because CML is preferentially deposited in fat tissue or because adipocytes affect the metabolism of AGE.

Not eating at all would be definitely the best solution.

I wish that I reach the required state of higher consciousness sometime in my current life..  O0
