my banana concept

The more brown spots on a banana there are. The better it is for you. I know this contradicts AV but I know we all vary from our diet occasionally.

Generally it's more digestible when it's overripe.  I prefer my bananas that way.  I think of it as "high fruit", like high meat.

In my culture, a perfect banana is GMO and factory abnormal.
Usually these are the cavendish types.
Not fit for human consumption.
