My healing journey has brought me here where I've already benefited from the wealth of knowledge that's shared here. I'm looking forward to sharing what I can and wish you all peace. My first and favourite RAF is salmon sashimi!

Welcome to the forum! I trust this salmon sashimi comes from wild salmon, not unhealthy farmed salmon?
